一串数字,三家“失眠”,比亚迪5分钟闪充引发连锁反应 当王传福说出“5分钟”,李斌在央视坐不住了。 早前在3月2日时,比亚迪就说过要发布一项“颠覆性”技术。 而3月5日,在深圳大运中心举办的“闪充中国改变世界——比亚迪第二代刀片电池暨闪充技术发布会”,就将这个期待“颠覆性”技术进行了公布,也是王传福时隔六年再次站在同一个舞台,上一次,他发布了第一代刀片电池,一举扭转了磷酸铁锂相对于三元锂的劣势地位,奠定了此后五年比亚迪狂飙突进的根基。 当巨幕亮起,跳动着三个数字:5分钟,从10%充到70%,9分钟,从10%充到97%,零下30℃只多3分钟。 而这一点还是令不少人惊讶的,因为在动力电池领域长期存在一个被奉为铁律的“不可能三角”:充电速率、能量密度与循环寿命三者难以兼顾,顾此失彼几成宿命。 王传福极具穿透力的声音似乎传遍每一个角落,电动车充电焦虑真正的病根,是充电慢、低温充电难,而比亚迪选择把充电做到和加油一样快、一样方便,做到和燃油车一样的补能体验。 三天后,北京央视《对话·创新中国行》演播室内。 李斌坐下来,面对镜头,他知道,全世界都在等他的回答。 “超快充再快,不可能有换电快。”李斌开门见山说到,同时他算了一笔账,蔚来第四代换电站最快2分24秒完成换电,全程自动,不用下车。而超快充呢?电网负荷大了要降速,冬天冷了要预热,前面有人排队就得干等。 但这还不是最关键的。 “超快充用多了,对电池的寿命和健康,包括长期的安全性,都会有一定损害。”李斌抛出了一枚重磅炸弹。 他引用行业共识,表明频繁使用大功率超充的电池会“折寿”,而换电模式最大的体系性优势,并且在蔚来换电站的智能化管控下,每块电池可用到12年,真正接近“

《消费指南针》栏目出品 今年 “三八” 国际妇女节适逢周末,滴滴出行选择通过补假的方式落实对女性员工的节日关怀:滴滴出行内部发布通知,所有女性员工将在3月6日享受半天福利假。 据滴滴内部通知,本次妇女节福利适用对象为公司全体在职女性员工,放假时间为2026 年 3 月 6 日下午半天,计为带薪福利假,不影响考勤与绩效,无需补调、不与其他工作日调休捆绑。 图源:鞭牛士 从公开信息看,滴滴在妇女节福利上的安排具有一定延续性。早在2025 年(妇女节恰逢周六),滴滴就曾采取3 月 7 日下午提前错峰放假半天的方式,确保女性员工在工作日实际享受到节日假期。 与滴滴形成对照的是,截止到发稿,笔者尚未检索到其他互联网大厂 “妇女节错峰半天假” 安排的公开说明。 根据2024年11月10日第四次修订的《全国年节及纪念日放假办法》,妇女节当天,女职工放假半天;若妇女节恰逢周六或周日,则不再安排补假。 值得注意的是,在社交平台上,部分网友转发滴滴出行内部通知截图,对这一 “错峰放假” 安排给予积极评价:实名羡慕了,我愿称之为良心! 图源:小红书截图 就滴滴而言,连续多年围绕妇女节推出带薪假期安排,并在遇到周末时通过提前或补放的方式 “让假期不落空”,某种程度上体现出其在女性员工关怀方面的差异化探索。未来是否会有更多互联网公司在妇女节等节日上,从 “仪式感福利” 延展到 “制度化假期”,仍有待观察。

比亚迪发布闪充技术,5分钟充好9分钟充饱,今年内建成2万个闪充站,降维打击蔚来换电和滴滴充电站? “充电5分钟,通话两小时”曾是手机快充时代的经典记忆。如今,这一“闪充”体验被比亚迪正式带入新能源汽车领域,并且速度被刷新至新的量级。 据证券时报报道,3月5日晚,比亚迪董事长王传福站在“闪充中国改变世界”发布会的舞台上,抛出了动力电池领域的“王炸”,第二代刀片电池及全新的闪充技术。常温下从10%充至70%仅需5分钟,从10%充至97%仅需9分钟;即便在零下30度的极寒环境,充电时间也只比常温多3分钟。 发布会现场,王传福直言不讳地指出了当前行业的痛点:“电量还剩一半便心慌,假日出行充电排长队,低温充电更是一把鼻涕一把泪。所有问题的根源,就是充电慢和低温充电难。” 要解决根源问题,刀锋必须向里。一直以来,行业公认“闪充”与“高能量密度”是一对难以调和的矛盾体——充电功率的提升往往伴随着电池热管理的巨大压力,甚至影响电池寿命和安全。然而,比亚迪此次发布的数据显示,第二代刀片电池在实现闪充的同时,能量密度相比第一代反而提升了5%以上,使得搭载该电池的腾势Z9GT的CLTC续航里程达到了1036公里,仰望U7也达到了1006公里。 据比亚迪官方介绍,这一突破得益于为锂离子打造的“高速通道”以及“全温域智能热管理系统”。通过电芯内部的全方位改造,电池不仅实现了更低的产热,还能进行更高效、均匀的散热,从而确保闪充对电池寿命几乎没有影响。基于这种技术底气,比亚迪甚至将第二代刀片电池质保的“容量保持率”整体提升了2.5%,电芯依旧保持“终身保修”。 有了“喝油一样快”的电池,还需要“像加油枪一样好用的桩”。 为了支撑如此高功率的闪充落地,比亚迪同步推出了全新的闪充桩。其单枪充电功率做到了惊人的1

人社部牵头规范平台用工规范,顺丰、滴滴、极兔等平台企业被要求保障劳动者权益
七部门对美团、淘闪、京东、滴滴等头部平台开展用工行政指导,保障新就业形态劳动者权益 近日,据上观新闻报道,人力资源社会保障部会同中央社会工作部、中央网信办、交通运输部等共七部门,对16家头部平台及物流企业开展用工行政指导,切实维护新就业形态劳动者合法权益。 据人社部官网发布的消息,此次被指导企业涵盖美团、淘宝闪购、京东秒送、滴滴、顺丰同城、极兔快递等,覆盖即时配送、出行服务、货运物流三大新就业形态高度集中的领域,也是日常民生服务的核心参与主体。 此次行政指导并非空泛要求,而是针对行业普遍痛点提出了具体且明确的用工规范要求,核心围绕落实企业主体责任展开。 七部门要求企业必须明确界定用工关系,对符合劳动关系的劳动者依法签订劳动合同、缴纳社保,对灵活用工群体则进一步推广职业伤害保障制度,落地人社部已在17个省份开展的“按日参保、按单计费”试点,解决社保悬空、职业伤害无保障的问题。 同时要求企业优化算法规则,摒弃“唯快是图”的考核标准,为骑手、网约车司机等留足合理的工作时间;在劳动报酬方面,需明确计算规则、杜绝隐性扣费,做到按时足额发放,对欠薪行为零容忍。 此外,指导要求还着重强调安全用工问题,需为劳动者配备头盔、反光背心等必要工作安全装备,提升其安全作业能力;搭建有效的劳动者沟通机制,通过成立工会、开通专属反馈渠道等方式,让劳动者的合理诉求能够被及时响应,打破此前“投诉无门”的困境。 为避免行政指导沦为“一阵风”,七部门也明确了后续的长效保障措施。相关部门将持续跟踪16家企业的整改落实情况,开展常态化督导检查。 此次行动不仅是国家对新就业形态的用工指导,也是国家对劳动者权益的切实关心和重视。
