手握45亿最大份额:刘先明谈小鹏通用智能与物理AI布局 小鹏汽车通用智能中心负责人刘先明在采访中,介绍了第二代VLA模型的技术思路。他没有采用传统 “规则+语言翻译” 的智能驾驶架构,而是自研基座大模型,让传感器数据直接输出驾驶动作,中间不再通过语言模块转换。刘先明把这一做法称为 “拆掉 Language”,认为可以显著降低延迟、提升响应速度,更贴近人类开车的直觉反应。 刘先明笑称自己是小鹏 “花钱最多的人”,2025 年小鹏 45 亿元 AI 研发预算中,他负责的业务占比最大。团队测试时曾想用规则快速修复问题,但他坚持走 “0规则、纯数据驱动” 路线。在他看来,规则会限制模型上限、掩盖真实问题,更适合依靠大规模高质量数据、强化学习和世界模型来解决问题。目前小鹏VLA 2.0已经完成从喀什到上海近 5000 公里的跨中国行驶,纯视觉方案最长单次无接管里程达到1360公里。 刘先明认为,自动驾驶只是起点,小鹏真正重点布局的是物理AI,包括机器人、通用智能等领域,VLA 2.0架构本身就是为L4级自动驾驶设计的。这套方案的核心优势并非花哨的模型结构,而是极强的工程化迭代效率。他曾将GPU利用率从8%提升到 40%,整体效率提升5倍。对于自家VLA 2.0,他只给自己打6分,表示距离理想状态仍有不小差距。

众擎机器人由小鹏鹏行原总经理赵同阳创立,目前估值超百亿元。 文丨赵宇 编辑丨龚方毅 又一位智驾骨干转行具身。 我们从多个独立信源处独家获悉,李力耘将加入具身智能创业公司众擎机器人,他此前是小鹏汽车自动驾驶中心负责人。 我们就此事分别向李力耘本人和众擎机器人求证,截至发稿,未获回复。 众擎机器人由赵同阳于 2023 年 10 月创立。今年 4 月 9 日,众擎宣布完成 2 亿美元 B 轮融资,估值超 100 亿元人民币。 赵同阳在机器人领域的工作经历丰富。2016 年至 2018 年,赵同阳连续创办两家机器人公司,均因资金问题折戟。2019 年,他创办多够机器人(Dogotix),并在次年推出对标波士顿动力但主打性价比的机器狗。 2020 年 12 月,小鹏汽车收购多够机器人。随后何小鹏、小鹏汽车与赵同阳合资成立鹏行智能(小鹏鹏行)。何小鹏占股 65%,小鹏汽车占股 19%,赵同阳占股 15%。 2021 年至 2023 年,赵同阳在小鹏鹏行担任总经理,负责领导组建其在北京、深圳和美国硅谷的 400 人研发团队,并研发了机器马 “小白龙” 和第一代人形机器人 PX5。 2023 年下半年,他从小鹏鹏行离职,创立众擎机器人。次年 10 月,众擎发布可实现直膝行走的人形机器人,此后又相继实现机器人前空翻、高负载作业等运动能力。 赵同阳将众擎的技术战略定为 “体能优先”,即优先发展机器人运动控制能力。目前,众擎有小型双足机器人、大型双足机器人和四足机器人三条产品线,预计可在 2026 年实现量产,主要进行行业应用验证及落地;2027 年进一步放量。 此次加入众擎的李力耘,本科毕业于清华大学电子工程系,博士毕业于纽约大学计算机系。加入小鹏前,曾先后在美国电信运营商 AT&T、职场社交平台 LinkedIn、百度、京东等公司工作。 2019 年 6 月,李力耘加入小鹏自动驾驶

公司改名后第一款全新车,何小鹏想卖到40万
文源 | 源Auto 作者 | 潘卓伦 小鹏X9超级增程,预售35万元起,上市卖30.98万元起; 小鹏G7,预售23.58万元起,上市卖19.58万元起; 小鹏P7+,预售20.98万元起,上市卖18.68万元起…… 虽然预售价起高调子、上市价反转拉满情绪的情节不是小鹏的专属,但要论最乐此不疲的,这家总部在广州的新势力车企应该是有力候选。除了上述提到的车型,全新一代小鹏P7作为品牌旗舰轿车,更是这套剧情的典范。 2025年8月6日,全新一代小鹏P7开启预售。当时没有发布预售价,而公司“大师兄”何小鹏在随后的媒体专访、财报业绩电话会等场合均明确表示该车定位30万元级别。“客观说,我当然希望它是走量爆品,但它一定不会是部分鹏友期待的那种‘便宜’”,何小鹏在其个人微博表示。 最终,全新一代小鹏P7定价21.98万元起,且即便是入门车型也悉数配备图灵芯片、空气悬架等宣发阶段的重点配置。当然,全新一代P7确有一款售价30.18万元鹏翼版车型,一定程度来说,这也算圆了30万元级别定位的说法。 一系列案例在前,再将目光放到何小鹏4月15日发布的全新旗舰SUV——小鹏GX上,创品牌新高的39.98万元预售价完全不是问题。相比之下,小鹏GX是否价格有吸引力就一定能有销量,也许更值得关注。 01 还没找到自己的高端标签 在当下新车多得看不过来的国内新能源车市场,有越来越多价格和产品力都没有问题,但销量始终达不到预期的车型。 全新一代小鹏P7就是典型。 根据来源于中汽协和乘联会的第三方终端零售数据,全新一代小鹏P7自2025年8月上市至今年3月累计销量为23041台。这样的销量成绩,放在2021年的初代小鹏P7上,只需要3~4个月就能完成。 要知道,当时初代小鹏P7的平均成交价,可是25万—30万元的水平。 将全新一代小鹏P7放到市场中横向对比,其表现同样比不上前代车型。以“纯电动轿车”“20
