吉利系智驾整合,千里智驾首席科学院袁平一将离职 据雷锋网报道,12月19日消息,合资公司千里智驾首席科学家袁平一将正式离职,其此前直接向公司 CTO 杨沐汇报工作。与此同时,千里智驾数据开发部门负责人古道已确认离职,目前袁平一仍在公司人事系统内,相关离职流程正在推进中。 作为吉利系智驾整合的核心载体,千里智驾由吉利、旷视、千里科技(前身重庆力帆科技)共同注资成立。 今年 8 月,吉利启动重大整合动作,将极氪智驾团队、吉利研究院智驾团队及旷视旗下智驾品牌 “迈驰智行” 整体并入重庆千里智驾,构建起覆盖多场景的智驾技术体系。11 月,极氪智驾团队员工陆续换签劳动合同至千里智驾及其子公司 “千里浩瀚”,目前相关工作已接近尾声。其中,千里智驾定位为智驾方案供应商,千里浩瀚则专注为吉利提供辅助驾驶服务,极氪辅助驾驶团队的核心技术、预研能力以及千里科技的大模型技术均已注入千里浩瀚团队。 千里智驾业务架构由智能驾驶、智能座舱、Robotaxi(自动驾驶出租车)三大核心板块组成,由 CEO 王军统管全局,联席 CEO 陈奇专项负责智驾业务。值得一提的是,陈奇于 2021 年出任极氪副总裁,曾全面主导极氪智能驾驶技术研发,具备深厚的行业经验与技术积淀。公司内部设有 12 个二级技术部门,包括功能方案设计部、平台开发部、地图开发管理部等,均向联席 CEO 陈奇汇报。 此外,项目管理办公室、CTO 办公室、预研产品线等部门分别由陈保成、CTO 杨沐及即将离职的袁平一负责,其中陈保成直接向陈奇汇报,实际管辖多数二级部门。 值得注意的是,千里智驾员工表示,整合已经初步完成,千里智驾系统将迎来OTA版本升级,升级会覆盖吉利多款主流车型。同时,极氪员工则透露,整合是个动态过程,不排除有新变化。

极氪新车提车10天在高速宕机,极氪称是软件问题已修复,不符合三包退车条件 据澎湃新闻报道,近日,消费者周女士向“服务湃”平台投诉,其刚购买10天的焕新极氪001在首次高速行驶时突发巨响后全车断电,险些引发重大交通事故。目前,极氪方面称故障已通过软件升级修复,但因不符合“三包法”退车条件,拒绝了车主的退车诉求。 据周女士介绍,她于10月27日以25.48万元全款购入焕新极氪001,次日从昆明交付中心提车。提车后,车辆仅进行了贴膜与除甲醛处理,并未实际上路行驶。 11月8日晚,周女士与丈夫王先生首次驾驶该车驶入高速,“当时我们在超车道的长下坡路段,车速保持在116公里/小时,没有任何征兆就听到一声‘砰’的爆炸声。”周女士回忆,爆炸声后,车内中控、仪表盘等所有光源瞬间熄灭,车辆完全宕机。彼时正下着大雨,后方车辆紧急避险才未酿成追尾事故。车辆在高速上停滞三四分钟后自动重启,王先生随即驾车驶离高速返回昆明。 11月10日,周女士联系极氪官方客服报修,客服将需求派至昆明广福路极氪家门店,门店安排代驾将车辆接回检修。次日,门店告知周女士需进行大版本系统升级,并向其索要了验证码。11月24日,门店通知周女士故障已修复,可随时提车。 然而,周女士提供的保修工单结算单显示,车辆维修项目仅为“U盘升级”“大版本升级C”和“ETC升级”,对于事发时的爆炸声原因、车辆宕机的深层故障,门店并未给出具体解释,也未提供后台行车数据。“他们没有说清核心问题,也没有任何安全承诺,我老公现在根本不敢再碰这辆车。”周女士表示,此次事故给丈夫造成了严重心理阴影,她认为车辆存在严重安全隐患,因此要求极氪提供事发时的行车记录仪画面及相应行车数据,并办理退款退车。 对此,涉事极氪门店回应称,行车记录仪数据已丢失,车辆故障本质是中央娱乐屏软件问题,目前已
