多地车主控诉极氪“购置税兜底”承诺变脸,锁单后无法兑现购置税补贴,车主普遍不满积分补偿 据新浪财经报道,近日,新能源汽车品牌极氪因“跨年购置税补贴”政策的履行问题遭到热议。数百名在2025年12月31日前完成锁单的车主反映,极氪未能兑现“购置税兜底”承诺,转而以App消费积分作为补偿,这与当初的宣传约定存在明显差异,引发车主集体不满。 事件源于新能源汽车购置税政策的调整。根据相关规定,2026年1月1日起,新能源汽车购置税从全免变为按5%税率减半征收,这意味着消费者购车成本将增加车价5%左右。以极氪主力车型20万元以上的定价计算,车主需多支付1万元左右的购置税。 为吸引消费者在政策窗口期购车,极氪于2025年下半年推出“跨年购置税补贴”方案,明确承诺,2025年12月31日24点前锁单的用户,若因极氪原因导致车辆在2026年开票交付,极氪将提供购置税补贴,并在订单车辆尾款中予以抵扣。这一承诺让不少消费者打消了顾虑,纷纷下单锁单。 然而,2025年12月下旬起,形势出现反转。多位车主表示,极氪销售开始集中联系他们,要求在未验车、未知车辆是否符合交付条件的情况下,于2025年底前支付尾款以配合提前开票,否则无法享受购置税兜底政策。“新车都没见到就要求付尾款,明显是怕承担2026年的购置税补贴”,车主们对此表示强烈不满,拒绝了该要求。 2026年1月后,更多车主遭遇“承诺变脸”。车主李飞(化名)透露,他在2025年12月30日支付定金锁单,12月31日销售告知车辆已下线,承诺当天付款可在2026年开票并享受购置税兜底。但付款后,销售却告知无法兑现兜底政策,仅能提供价值约3000元的3万极氪App消费积分,而其车辆购置税约为1.1万元。 据悉,受影响车主遍布全国各地,涉及极氪001、极氪X7等多款热门车型,人数达

吉利智驾整合迎大变动:核心人员相继出走,千里智驾首席科学家袁平一将离职,古道已离职
吉利系智驾整合,千里智驾首席科学院袁平一将离职 据雷锋网报道,12月19日消息,合资公司千里智驾首席科学家袁平一将正式离职,其此前直接向公司 CTO 杨沐汇报工作。与此同时,千里智驾数据开发部门负责人古道已确认离职,目前袁平一仍在公司人事系统内,相关离职流程正在推进中。 作为吉利系智驾整合的核心载体,千里智驾由吉利、旷视、千里科技(前身重庆力帆科技)共同注资成立。 今年 8 月,吉利启动重大整合动作,将极氪智驾团队、吉利研究院智驾团队及旷视旗下智驾品牌 “迈驰智行” 整体并入重庆千里智驾,构建起覆盖多场景的智驾技术体系。11 月,极氪智驾团队员工陆续换签劳动合同至千里智驾及其子公司 “千里浩瀚”,目前相关工作已接近尾声。其中,千里智驾定位为智驾方案供应商,千里浩瀚则专注为吉利提供辅助驾驶服务,极氪辅助驾驶团队的核心技术、预研能力以及千里科技的大模型技术均已注入千里浩瀚团队。 千里智驾业务架构由智能驾驶、智能座舱、Robotaxi(自动驾驶出租车)三大核心板块组成,由 CEO 王军统管全局,联席 CEO 陈奇专项负责智驾业务。值得一提的是,陈奇于 2021 年出任极氪副总裁,曾全面主导极氪智能驾驶技术研发,具备深厚的行业经验与技术积淀。公司内部设有 12 个二级技术部门,包括功能方案设计部、平台开发部、地图开发管理部等,均向联席 CEO 陈奇汇报。 此外,项目管理办公室、CTO 办公室、预研产品线等部门分别由陈保成、CTO 杨沐及即将离职的袁平一负责,其中陈保成直接向陈奇汇报,实际管辖多数二级部门。 值得注意的是,千里智驾员工表示,整合已经初步完成,千里智驾系统将迎来OTA版本升级,升级会覆盖吉利多款主流车型。同时,极氪员工则透露,整合是个动态过程,不排除有新变化。

月,吉利启动重大整合动作,将极氪智驾团队、吉利研究院智驾团队及旷视旗下智驾品牌 “迈驰智行” 整体并入重庆千里智驾,构建起覆盖多场景的智驾技术体系。11 月,极氪智驾团队员工陆续换签劳动合同至千里智驾及其子公司
