吉利系威睿电动撤诉,欣旺达6.08亿元赔付并承担后续电池包处理费用等,了结纠纷
吉利起诉欣旺达电池案23亿诉讼落幕,欣旺达赔付6.08亿元与后续电池包处理费用等和解 据界面新闻报道,2月6日,欣旺达电子股份有限公司发布公告称,其子公司欣旺达动力科技股份有限公司(下称“欣旺达动力”)与威睿电动汽车技术(宁波)有限公司(下称“威睿电动”)就动力电池相关纠纷在一审阶段达成和解,这场索赔金额超23亿元的行业纠纷终于迎来结局。 根据和解协议,威睿电动将在协议生效后三个工作日内撤回对欣旺达动力的起诉,双方就纠纷相关的费用分担、资产处置、支付安排等事宜达成一致约定。 据悉,威睿电动曾于2024年12月底向浙江省宁波市中级人民法院提起诉讼,要求欣旺达动力就2021年6月至2023年12月期间交付的电芯质量问题承担赔偿责任,索赔金额高达23.14亿元,该金额近乎欣旺达2023-2024年两年累计净利润25.44亿元。 当时欣旺达方面表示,经公司内部调查,并不认为相关质量问题源于电芯,双方就此产生争议。 此次和解协议对纠纷相关费用作出了明确的核算与分担方案。针对截至2025年12月31日已实际发生的成本费用,在核算并扣除欣旺达动力已承担部分后,确认公司剩余应付金额为6.08亿元,远低于威睿电动此前的索赔金额。 对于2025年12月31日后实际发生的更换动力电池包相关成本费用,以及若后续相关车辆出现召回产生的费用,双方均约定按比例共同分担,且欣旺达动力将积极配合车厂开展相关工作。同时,此次纠纷中处理后的电池包将全部归欣旺达动力所有。 在支付安排上,欣旺达动力需承担的相关款项将实行五年分期结算,自2026年起按约定比例逐年支付。具体来看,2026年支付应承担金额的60%,2027年累计支付至70%,2028年累计至80%,2029年累计至90%,2030年付清全部剩余款项。 欣旺

极氪法务部:网传威睿电机 “手工定子绕线” 为不实信息
经观汽车 2 月 13 日晚间,极氪法务部发布声明称,网传威睿电机采用 “手工定子绕线” 及相关现场图片均为不实信息。经调查,网传照片实际为常州隆耐智能装备有限公司厂房搬迁时拍摄,并非威睿正常生产环境,且该供应商非正常量产体系供应商。威睿公司始终遵循 “安全第一、质量优先” 原则,定子绕线工艺均使用自动绕线设备生产,不存在 “手工定子绕线” 情况,其产品全流程品控严格,符合国家质量体系认证。

2024下半年,中国乘用车市场迎来了具有里程碑意义的时刻——新能源车型在新车销量中的渗透率突破50%。这一重要变化标志着新能源汽车主流地位的确立。新能源市场的迅猛发展不仅推动了市场结构的变化,也引发了品牌竞争格局的深刻调整。诸如比亚迪和理想市场表现的持续强劲、小米和华为(鸿蒙智行)的“乘胜追击”、蔚来多品牌战略的全面开启、极越品牌的清出等,都成为下半年新能源汽车市场品牌格局演变的重要体现。在这一过程中,消费者对新能源品牌的关注和认知得到了强化,而品牌本身亦面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。在此背景下,杰兰路开展了最新一期的新能源汽车品牌健康度研究,这也是杰兰路自2021年以来发布的第6期新能源汽车品牌健康度研究。本期研究覆盖了67个新能源汽车品牌,我们询问了超过7,800名新能源车主用户的意见,本文将分享一些关键发现。01提示前知名度品牌提示前知名度(无提示总提及知名度, UBA, Unaided Brand Awareness)是指在未经提示品牌名称与标识的情况下,消费者对品牌的主动提及频率。该指标用以反映品牌在消费者心中的印象强度和认知深度。下图展示了提示前知名度大于10%的品牌。比亚迪依旧保持绝对领先,提示前知名度高达74%。本期提示前知名度呈现三个重要变化:一是特斯拉、蔚来的大幅下滑。我们认为,提示前知名度与品牌的曝光度与话题性密切相关。特斯拉在中国市场的高话题性长期以来主要由价格调整引发,但今年下半年特斯拉未进行价格调整,市场上关于特斯拉的讨论明显减少,是其品牌曝光度下降的的主要原因。而蔚来下半年主要聚焦于新品牌的推出,主品牌下半年除12月正式上市了ET9外无产品更新动作(本次调研于11月底结束),因此其品牌曝光度、话题性与“新鲜感”均大大降低。尤其是在高价区间,消费者的注意力可能转向其他具有较高市场动态或话题性的竞争品牌,如理想、问界。

承担吉利自研电池重任 威睿衢州工厂产能待提升
经济观察网 记者 周信 日前,威睿电动汽车技术(宁波)有限公司(下称“威睿公司”)的衢州极电三电智能制造工厂(下称“衢州工厂”)举办了一场媒体开放日,向媒体展示了这座可生产电芯、电池、电驱及储能系统的工厂的制造能力。 威睿公司在国内拥有四座工厂,分别位于衢州、杭州、宁波、枣庄。威睿公司目前主要向极氪汽车供货,后者是国内知名的电动车品牌,属于吉利集团旗下。 按照威睿公司此前的规划,2025年要完成营收破千亿元的目标,这对其产能提出了很高的要求。而极氪汽车的顺利发展,也离不开威睿公司的助力。 威睿的自研能力 威睿的前身是沃尔沃全球新能源研发部门,于2013年独立,成立之初的威睿隶属于吉利控股集团,是吉利体系的一级子公司。在2021年极氪汽车成立后,威睿于当年7月被划归极氪汽车。 之所以将威睿归属到极氪旗下,是吉利全力支持极氪这一中高端电动车品牌的体现。由于动力电池占据电动汽车整车成本的很高比例,很多电动车厂家都希望能够资产动力电池,以将话语权掌握在自己手中。 “汽车行业里最挣钱的就是电池,宁德时代电池的毛利在26%以上,吉利和比亚迪的整车毛利也就15%,上游利润和下游利润都在电池上,所以,造电池会获得更多的利润,也才能给用户更多的服务。”乘联会秘书长崔东树近日向经济观察网表示。 作为极氪的下属公司,威睿为极氪带来了不少的营收。威睿公司总经理谢世曾表示,2023年,威睿营收达到229亿元。极氪汽车今年上半年的财报显示,二季度,极氪的电池及组件业务收入为53亿元,毛利率大幅提升,从上季度的6.9%提升至20.3%,提供了10.8亿元的毛利润。 “极氪一定要做到的是,同样的毛利,我销量要比别人大,同样的销量,我的毛利要最大。”极氪CEO安聪慧曾如此表示。 在一众中高端电动品牌中,极氪品牌主打运动与性能,这也要求其必须在动力电池、电驱方面掌握自主研发和生产能力。“电动车注重性能,电池所
