唯品会发布2025年业绩:净营收1059亿元,SVIP活跃用户数保持两位数增长
唯品会2025年营收1059亿元,净利润87亿元,SVIP用户达980万。 中国头部在线品牌折扣零售商唯品会发布2025年第四季度及全年业绩。2025年第四季度,唯品会实现净营收325亿元(人民币,下同),Non-GAAP净利润29亿元。2025年全年,唯品会实现净营收1059亿元,Non-GAAP净利润87亿元。 在股东回报方面,2025年唯品会通过股票回购和分红共计回报股东约9.4亿美元。同时,公司董事会已批准新一轮年度股息派发计划。根据该计划,公司向截至2026年4月10日休市后登记在册的股东派发现金股息,金额为每股普通股3.10美元或每股美国存托股0.62美元。 唯品会董事长兼首席执行官沈亚表示:“通过战略执行力、业务敏捷性与技术创新力的提升,我们继续深化品牌合作,更高效地响应用户不断变化的消费需求,持续巩固折扣零售行业领先地位。” 据唯品会平台数据显示,2025年,平台上的核心高价值品牌业绩稳定增长,超级大牌日和超级品类日全年整体业绩同比增长17%。同时,平台精选深度折扣品牌好货,通过多元化栏目场景触达用户,增强品牌特卖心智。以“限时狂秒”为例,栏目带动品牌高人气单品销售额高倍数增长,用户回访率稳步提升。 围绕买手制好货战略,唯品会持续增强供给优势,2025年新引入Alexander Wang、MAMMUT、MANITO、Moose Knuckles、MUJI无印良品等众多国际知名品牌。通过与品牌深度合作、打造货好价优的差异化商品,“唯品独家”商品对高价值用户的吸引力显著提升。 据悉,平台全年活跃用户数实现正增长。其中,超级VIP(SVIP)活跃用户数增至980万,继续保持两位数增长,并贡献线上销售的52%。平台不断增厚会员权益,为SVIP用户带来更多专享的好货好价以及覆盖面更加广泛的生活特权,并新推出生日实物礼、超V试用等专属体验,丰富会员价值感知,推动SVIP

唯品会2025财报:营收千亿,利润72亿
2026年2月26日,唯品会发布2025年第四季度及全年业绩。 财务数据方面,2025年Q4总净营收为324.7亿元,同比下降2.3%;归母净利润25.9亿元,同比增长5.8%。2025全年总净营收1059亿元,同比下降2.3%;全年归母净利润72.4亿元,同比减少6.5%。 截至发稿,唯品会股价报18.1美元,今年以来上涨2.4%,市值为89.3亿美元,市盈率8.44倍。 单看财报数据,有两处值得关注: 一是Q4营收下降,利润却增长。2025年Q3,唯品会营收在经历连续五个季度的下滑后实现增长,但Q4又再次出现下滑,盈利能力提升与成本费用管控相关:Q4总运营费用48.8亿元,同比下降3.7%,运营费用率从15.2%优化至15.0%。 二是Q4和全年总订单量下降,GMV却实现增长。可以推算出,客单价的提升成为对冲订单量下滑、拉动GMV微增的核心因素。 业务端,唯品会分为核心商品销售和增值服务及其他业务:核心商品销售主要是线上渠道和线下杉杉奥特莱斯销售金额;增值服务及其他业务包含产品推广与在线广告收入、租赁收入、第三方商家平台入驻服务费、第三方物流服务收入、贷款便利服务收入、会员费收入。 2025年唯品会核心商品销售收入持续占据营收绝对主导地位,四个季度占比均超90%,Q4单季核心商品收入299.5亿元,全年核心商品营收974亿元,成为公司经营发展的压舱石。 但从增速来看,增值服务及其他业务明显优于主业,四个季度均实现正增长:2025年增值服务及其他业务收入达85.2亿元,同比增长10.9%。 在未来预期上,唯品会预计2026年一季度重回增长:总净营收预计在263亿元-276亿元,同比实现0%-5%增长。 为达成业绩目标,唯品会董事长兼C
