新股套利|岚图汽车:**加持,高端MPV和SUV是否有央企的一席之地?
春节长假已经结束,我们收一收心,再次踏上港股赚钱之路。 春节之后的第一股花落谁家还尚未可知,我们先来研究下岚图汽车是否有套利的空间。 岚图汽车这次是要通过介绍上市的方式上市,不公开募资,不涉及新股发行,而是将现有股份挂牌交易。 我们要参与岚图汽车的IPO,只能通过买入东风集团股份私有化的方案参与。 具体方案如下: 每持有1股东风集团H股将分获0.3552608股岚图汽车H股。分派产生的零碎股份将不会分发给股东,而是由公司汇总保留或调低至最接近的整数。 除了获得上述岚图股份外,每股被注销的东风集团H股还将获得6.68HKD的现金支付。 由于私有化的总计对价为10.85HKD,现金部分是6.68HKD,那么理论上0.3552608股岚图股份的理论价值约为4.17HKD,即发行价为每股11.74HKD。 在已知上面的方案后,我们得考虑几个问题,首先是值不值得参与,其次是怎么参与。 先来看看岚图汽车值不值得参与IPO。这个问题可以换个思路去看。上面的私有化的对价是10.85HKD,而当前东风的股价是9.81HKD,现金部分的6.68HKD肯定是能兑现的,那么当前每股剩余的岚图的价值是3.13HKD,也就是我们假设以9.81HKD买入东风股份,那么相当于以8.81HKD的价格参与了岚图的IPO。

“三年内没有对手” 判断背后:智界 V9 如何重塑 MPV 市场格局
