陈永海与小鹏董事长何小鹏相识 15 年。他于 2010 年加入何小鹏创立的 UC,担任产品主管,负责 UC桌面等多款产品的规划与设计。2014 年,UC 被阿里巴巴收购并与高德地图重组,陈永海随后离开UC,短暂加入 360,之后受 UC CEO 俞永福邀请加入高德,作为产品运营的 1 号位,全面负责高德地图的产品工作。2022 年 1 月,陈永海加入小鹏汽车。当时小鹏互联网中心副总裁纪宇提出离职,陈永海接替其负责互联网中心。同年,小鹏 G9 上市失利,小鹏重新调整产品布局,陈永海转而负责产品中心。此前,小鹏产品中心主要承担产品规划职能。陈永海接管后,增设产品线、专业产品、OTA 产品、智能硬件产品、商业分析等部门,团队规模从几十人扩张至三四百人,逐步发展为职能全面的大产品部。具体来看,产品规划部门依照公司战略进行整体产品设计,分为国内与国际两部分,负责人为小鹏 Mona产品总监杨光。产品线由原有的 E、F、D、H、G 五大平台整合而成:E、F 平台合并为 F 产品线,最初由陈永海直接负责,后交由产品总监 Nick;H、G 平台合并为 G 产

新造车2025年复盘:零跑登顶,小鹏逆袭,理想遇挫
作者 | 金玙璠 编辑 | 魏 佳 2026年第一天,新能源车企照例公布了2025年12月的销量,全年榜单随之出炉。 比亚迪以460万辆的绝对优势一骑绝尘,吉利突破300万辆大关,奇瑞达到263万辆,长城交付132万辆。 如果只看新势力的前六强,这一年的故事是这样的: 零跑汽车(第一)是年度最大赢家,交付接近60万辆,以103%的惊人增速,从2024年的第二名逆袭夺得造车新势力2025年销冠。 鸿蒙智行(第二)以微弱劣势屈居第二,这一年,它靠着“五界”产品矩阵、**“背书”快速上量,最终交付58.9万辆。其中,问界品牌是绝对的销量主力,12月交付超5.7万辆再创新高,全年卖出42.3万辆,也即贡献了超七成销量。 小鹏汽车(第三)与理想汽车(第四)攻守易位。小鹏在经历了低谷后,凭借MONA系列打入主流市场,最终以42.9万辆的成绩排名第三。理想汽车虽然在最后时刻冲刺到了40.6万辆,但面临产品周期挑战,整体表现较2024年明显失速,排名跌至第四。 小米汽车(第五)是首个完整交付年,虽然口碑有波动,但靠着“流量+产品力”,全年卖了超40万辆,成为年度最大“黑马”,杀入前五。 蔚来汽车(第六)则在“蔚来、乐道、萤火虫”多品牌战略的加持下,在12月迎来了交付新高,但全年32.6万辆的成绩排在六强末尾。 从年度目标完成率来看,分化更为明显。零跑、小鹏和小米均超额完成,其中零跑和小鹏的完成率更是超过了110%;蔚来完成率有74%,摆脱了垫底的尴尬;而理想和鸿蒙智行显然低估了市场的残酷程度,完成率均未超过65%。 头部战局激烈,中腰部势力也在加速追赶。深蓝、岚图、阿维塔、智己等二线新势力,虽然销量规模尚不及头部,但增长势头不容小觑。深蓝2025年交付33万台,同比增长37%。岚图、阿维塔、智己虽然交付量分别只有15万、12万、8万台,但都实现了

北京时间1月6日,一年一度的科技盛宴,位于拉斯维加斯的CES如期而来。 全球市值最高公司的英伟达,发布了多款新产品了,其中汽车领域宣布了两个重磅信息。 一个是发布了首个专注于推理型辅助驾驶和自动驾驶系统的AI大模型——Alpamayo; 另一个是宣布英伟达首款全栈自动驾驶汽车将在今年一季度在美国上路测试,2027年和合作伙伴测试Robotaxi! 芝能汽车出品 2025年,我们看到了新能源渗透率在月度突破 60%,中国汽车市场事实上已经从传统车车底切换到了新能源汽车。 新能源汽车成为主流选择,汽车行业逻辑已经成为“增量扩张”转入“结构竞争”,而且比亚迪、吉利、奇瑞、长城都完成了自己的新能源汽车转型,国内的国企集团也找到了品牌向上(和**合作)和新能源转型。 对中国造车新势力而言,成立于 2015 年前后的第一代新势力,整体跨过了生死线,进入第二个十年周期。 由于大部分留存下来的新势力都成为老手了,新势力汽车这个标签也逐步需要褪去了。 2025 年具有独立资质的五家新势力车企销量,总和为 216.8 万台。 ◎ 零跑以 59.7 万,同比增长 103.0%,海外市场也开始开拓起来了; ◎ 小鹏销量 42.9 万台,同比增长 126.0%; ◎ 小米交付 41.0 万台,同比涨 203.7%; ◎ 理想以 40.6 万台排名第四,同比下滑 18.8%; ◎ 蔚来交付 32.6 万台,同比增长 46.9%,实现了三品牌的战略。 备注:鸿蒙智行2025年全年交付新车58.9万台,五个界和后续的境可能更适合围绕**赋能品牌来讨论,把鸿蒙智行作为新势力可能存在争议,我们在讨论车圈华系单独拿出来分析更合理,大家可以轻拍。 当然真正残酷的阶段才刚刚开始,昨天我们复盘特斯拉的销量都开始停滞了。 过去十年,中国汽车市场奖励的是速度、融资能力与讲故事的能力,新势力汽车这波凭借着新能源汽车对传统车的替代,自主品牌对外资品牌的替代,披荆斩浪,已经拿下了216.8万的规模。 而接下来时间,随着中国汽车市场会考核规模化能力、持续盈利能力,在全球范围内复制这种能力的可能性。 我们或许可以把新势力汽车这个标签拿掉,都接近50万的规模了,已经不再拥有“试错红利”,运营考核的都是现金流、毛利率和组织承载能

造车新势力12月销量出炉:小米蔚来创新高,零跑回撤小鹏掉队
新能源造车新势力真是还在乱战,排名变动太大了。前几个月小鹏还有甩开蔚来、理想的势头,现在突然就又掉队了。12月销量3.75万,都到了造车新势力尾部。 蔚来之前被人怀疑会破产,这几个月越战越勇,又回到蔚小理老大位置,12月销量4.8万辆,创下销量新高,盈利已经不远了。理想前几个月深陷舆论危机,12月销量又大幅反弹到4.4万辆。 零跑汽车也让人看不懂,连续两个月销量站上7万大关,这个月竟然只有60425,还好没跌到5万多,不然玩笑就开大了。要知道一汽集团刚花了37.44亿入股零跑。现在一汽估计有点懵逼。 小米的具体销量永远是个谜,已经几个月4万+了,12月靠现车选购冲上5万大关。按小米的产品创新力和势头,以后小米很有可能是国内最赚钱的车企。难怪2025年友商们对小米火力输出如此夸张。 鸿蒙交付近9万辆,**赋能赛力斯问界是成功的,但其他车企效果还没有显现出来。北汽、江淮汽车、广汽、上汽、奇瑞在鸿蒙智行生态中能否支棱起来还有待观察。 **确实需要担心小米一米穿四界,赋能车企搞鸿蒙智行生态,和**亲自下场造车哪种战略更好,其实很难说。如果**亲自下场造车,也许月销量早就超过10万了。 造车新势力关注度高,但论销量,在老一辈自主车企面前还是小弟。比亚迪12月销量42万,全年销量460万,还是遥遥领先,已经坐稳了中国车企销量冠军和全球新能源市场销量冠军。比亚迪方程豹12月销量和小米汽车一样上了5万,高端产品上的突破更值得比亚迪骄傲。 吉利12月销量23.68万,全年销量302.46万辆,虽然同比增幅较大,拉近了和比亚迪的距离,但差距仍然很大。不过吉利新能源汽车全年销量168.78万,同比增长90%,也给了比亚迪很大压力。 奇瑞2025年终于实现了港股上市。全年销量280.6万辆,创历史新高。新能源汽车销量90.38万辆,同比增长54.9%。集团出口133.4万辆,同比增长17.4%。

红星资本局注意到,相比2025年的国补政策,2026年的补贴额度不变,但将原有的定额补贴方式,优化为按新车销售价格的比例进行补贴。 中国汽车流通协会发文表示,2026年的汽车以旧换新政策强化工作统筹,让有限的资金惠及更多消费者,尤其要满足刚需群体的需求。整体上,该政策有望持续激发消费活力,为汽车产业转型升级和高质量发展增添新动力。 乘联分会秘书长崔东树表示,2026年新能源车“国补”优化为按价格比例补贴,给2026年的车市结构带来一定回归。纯电动车高端车补贴金额相对稳定、低价车补贴金额剧烈下降,车市面临巨大变化,高端车型增长相对较强。
