One and One Green Technologies said late Monday it has closed its follow-on offering to two institutional investors involving 1.73 million units at $7.50 per unit, for gross proceeds of $13 million.Each unit comprises one Class A share and one warrant to buy one and a half Class A shares, the company said.The investors have the right, for a 45-day period after the close, to buy an additional $3 million of units, One and One said.Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, it added.
