One and One Green Technologies (YDDL) said Tuesday it signed a contract to purchase smelting equipment for a new recycling production line in Metro Manila.
Financial terms were not provided.
The company said the facility, slated to begin commercial operations in H2, will process industrial hazardous waste streams, including electronic, copper and nickel sludge, and recover metals, including copper, nickel, gold and silver.
One and One Green Technologies said the equipment purchase follows its previously announced plan to enter the Philippine electronic waste recycling market.
Shares of the company were down more than 3% in premarket activity Tuesday.
