英特尔 18A 制程实测:M0 间距 36nm、GAA 间距 76nm,与宣传存在差距
Panther Lake 的逻辑最小栅极间距为 76nm,而 SRAM 位线间距为 52nm,两者之间存在显著差异。目前尚未公布 GAA 关键尺寸,因此无法进一步反推出 GAA 间距。分析认为,英特尔计划在 14A 节点引入钼,但 14A 的 M0 间距仍然较大,仅略小于 18A,因此目前尚无必要采用钌。分析认为,先不考虑英特尔承诺的 32nm 间距,仅从当前量产产品来看,即使在 36nm 上,良率稳定仍需一些时日。报告提到,18A 逻辑 GAA 间距达 76nm,甚至远大于中芯国际 N+3 工艺的 32nm 鳍片间距。

Intel首发量产2nm级工艺 台积电称不怕竞争:不是砸钱就行的
快科技1月15日消息,虽然台积电在去年12月底宣布2nm工艺已经量产,但Intel在去年10月份就宣布量产18A工艺,这也是2nm级别的工艺,量产时间上算是领先了台积电一次。Intel接下来靠着18A工艺确实有机会抢占先进工艺市场,甚至有可能获得苹果等大厂的订单,分走台积电的代工份额。对于这个问题,台积电CEO魏哲家也在今天的说法会上回应了与Intel的竞争,他的态度是台积电不担心Intel会在晶圆代工市场上影响台积电的占有率,无惧Intel的竞争。

根据@TechEpiphanyYT提供的美国亚马逊10月销售数据显示,AMD与Intel的CPU销量呈现巨大差距,倍受用户喜爱的AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D与7800X3D两款处理器的总出货量约 16000片,而Intel在该平台的全系列CPU总销量未超过10000片,这使得AMD以约83.80%的销量占比占据绝对优势,意味着每卖出10颗CPU中,就有超过8颗是AMD型号。值得关注的是,AMD CPU的平均售价为272.05美元,而Intel的平均售价达到308.62美元。
