Qira——首款面向全球的个人超级智能体,与国内市场的天禧AI对应,实现了联想个人AI“一体多端”战略在全球落地。</p><p>另一方面,是联想在今年CES展出了全新的AI PC、AI手机,以及AI吊坠、AI眼镜等可穿戴设备。尤其是联想Legion Pro 卷轴屏笔记本、ThinkPad XD Concept卷轴屏笔记本两款概念产品,结合联想的“Smarter AI for All”理念、“AI一盘棋部署”与四大芯片巨头的紧密合作,可也说联想正在全球AI变革的关键周期给整个行业带来了“亿点点震撼”。</p><p>CES 2026展会期间,《壹观察》与<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/00992\">联想集团</a>高级副总裁、中国消费业务群总经理张华,联想集团高级副总裁、中国方案服务业务群总经理戴炜,联想集团副总裁、中国政企业务群总经理王立平,联想集团副总裁、中国区战略及业务拓展副总裁阿木,联想集团副总裁、中国区首席市场官王传东多个高管进行了一场深度对话,从技术、产业、商业、产品与生态等多个层面,系统性地沟通了联想在中国市场接下来在AI领域的具体布局与未来判断。</p><p>’</p><p><strong>混合式AI是最优解</strong></p><p><strong>“引领者”联想的挑战有哪些?</strong></p><p>如果说2024-2025是通用大模型、智能体为代表的AI技术大爆发,那么伴随AI在重塑人们的生产和生活中越来越发挥关键性的作用,越来越多的从业者会发现:每个人、每个企业都拥有独一无二的属性,单一化的模型已经无法满足所有人的需求,AI发展亟待从“通用”转向“专属”。</p><img src=\"https://fid-75186.picgzc.qpic.cn/20260113124921448v152ukys12bpax9\"/><p>作为联想集团副总裁、中国区战略及业务拓展副总裁的阿木对此表示:联想于2023年率先提出“混合式AI”的判断,已经成为业内的广泛共识。英伟达创始人兼CEO黄仁勋就在多个场合明确表示:未来人工智能发展的核心机遇在于“混合式AI”。</p><p>所谓混合式AI,即个人AI及企业AI与公共AI的混合并用、协同互补。</p><p>对应在个人AI领域,联想的战略是“一体多端”。也就是天禧个人超级智能体(简称“天禧AI”),通过升级为“端云一体”混合架构,内嵌于联想AI PC、AI手机、AI平板以及AIoT中,为个人打造跨终端、跨平台(操作系统)的端侧AI融合体验。</p><p>针对企业用户需求,联想去年联合英伟达发布了混合式AI优势集,为企业应用AI提供所需的各种能力,在国内则通过依托混合式AI优势集的核心技术模块——擎天引擎,打造联想xCloud智能云、联想百应、联想擎天智能体方案和联想AI全周期服务,高效满足中国政企客户全场景的AI应用需求。</p><p>如今,基于混合式AI,联想还聚焦企业AI在内部率先实践,打造了业内第一个企业超级智能体——联想<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/06988\">乐享</a>,以及营销、销售等通用领域智能体。</p><p>那么在混合式AI这条赛道上,联想是如何从自身率先提出到外部产业落地、并持续引领的?其中又克服了哪些挑战?</p><p>阿木对《壹观察》表示,在这个过程中,联想可以划分为“三步走”策略:</p><p>首先,必须有一个正确认识。之前的生成式AI,基本上都是工具,必须具备推理逻辑和执行能力以后的“智能体”,才变成真正意义上的生产力。</p><p>第二步,这个过程当中需要把整个原来的数字底座升级成AI底座。智能体上线只是第一步,一开始是粗糙、稚嫩的,甚至有很多瑕疵,需要通过好的敏捷的AI底座能让它持续演进。这需要模型平台、智能体平台、知识数据不断丰富和优化的知识平台,还有对应推理的加速引擎加上企业内部服务器的配置,这些都要进行进一步升级。</p><p>第三步,也就是最大的挑战,就是关于人和文化。一个是务实地做,引入新的AI的人才,专门是为智能体的运作而提供服务。另一个就是要激励鼓励每个员工都要做主动尝试,并给予环境、技术、应用的容错空间,让员工发自内心的拥抱和乐意使用。</p><p>阿木透露称:除了乐享,联想内部各业务流程已经融入超过200个智能体,形成一个智能体网络,相互调用和自动执行,来提升联想自身的运营效率并实现开源和降本。</p><p>而在外部领域,阿木认为联想在中国市场已构建了三大“优势”:包括领先的混合式AI战略,庞大的产研投入、开放的生态布局,实现了真正的“代际领先”。</p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600887\">伊利</a>为例说,联想帮助解决的是把AI真正“用进生产系统里”,不是某个环节提效,而是从牧场到消费者的全链条重构,最终带来的是:原奶调配单吨运输成本显著下降;24小时到厂及时率稳定在98%。</p><p>当前在企业AI领域,联想混合式AI优势集人工智能应用库已经汇集了数百款经过验证、随时可定制的行业AI解决方案,并在零售、制造等多个行业落地。类似诸多案例,足以印证联想混合式AI带动的巨大产业应用价值。</p><p>’</p><p><strong>“擎天引擎”的再次进化与三大能力升级</strong></p><p>本届联想Tech World,四大芯片巨头齐聚,远不止是给联想AI“站台”的形式意义。</p><p>比如联想再度联合英伟达推出“联想人工智能云超级工厂”合作计划,目标助力客户通过极大缩短AI部署时间的同时迅速扩展部署规模,将AI基础设施加速推向产业化。</p><img src=\"https://fid-75186.picgzc.qpic.cn/20260113124939781v152engw89f7tva\"/><p>联想集团高级副总裁、中国方案服务业务群总经理戴炜对此表示,新的一年联想擎天引擎也将实现三大能力升级:一是在数据智能的助力下实现自主演进,持续迭代;二是升级关键模块,实现灵活编组,高效部署。三是以硅碳融合,提升研发交付的作战效能,升级敏捷定制的能力。</p><p>与此同时,依托擎天引擎打造的联想xCloud智能云、联想百应、联想擎天智能体方案和联想AI全周期服务也将全面升级,以匹配政企客户日益升级的AI需求。</p><p>联想乐享也将在今年升级至4.0版本。王传东表示,其将聚焦AI原生能力建设,提升典型角色/场景的智能等级,进化更多L3能力,提升用户体验。同时,结合联想<a
