DocuSign, Inc. headquartered in San Francisco, California, allows organizations to manage electronic agreements. As part of the DocuSign Agreement Cloud, DocuSign offers eSignature, a way to sign electronically on different devices.

DocuSign stock plunged Friday after its October-quarter billings fell short of expectations and revenue guidance for DOCU stock missed estimates.

$Docusign(DOCU)$  were crushed in early trading Friday, plunging as much as 42%.

According to Seeking Alpha, "DocuSign: The Market Is Overreacting, Strong Buy."
