    ok I re-read this. to conclude,  they will hold a shareholders meeting to vote.  make sure all of you must voice out your concern.  the voting shall determine how it goes about.

    I believe for those who hold the shares will be auto transferred over to HK.  just like previously they auto convert support to Gree.  let's see..

      support to Gree is a nightmare.  that one is truly a scam.   I believe DD is of a different case.  just that usually HK mkt may not command high price.   hopefully I'm wrong.
