小米集团-W于2026年5月27日发布翌日披露报表,宣布当日根据股份激励计划向非董事参与人发行83.5万股B类普通股,每股发行价0.35港元,约占公司现有已发行股本的0.0032%。同日,公司在香港联交所场内回购B类普通股34.94万股,占不含库藏股已发行股份的0.001%,每股回购价格介乎28.32港元至28.78港元,合计耗资约999.67万港元。截至2026年5月27日,上述发行和回购完成后,公司B类普通股已发行股本合计21,385,944,284股,库藏股数仍为0股。

2026年5月12日,小米集团-W发布翌日披露报表,宣布于当日在香港联交所场内回购3,172,600股B类普通股,占购回授权决议通过当日公司已发行股份总数的约0.012%。本次回购价格区间介乎每股港币31.36元至31.58元,合计耗资约9,999.75万港元。公告同时显示,2026年5月6日至5月12日期间,公司根据股份激励计划向非董事参与人累计发行新股342,560股,占2026年5月5日公司已发行股份总数的约0.0014%,发行价格介乎每股港币1.81元至2.65元。

毛利率方面,2025年,小米集团智能电动汽车及AI等创新业务毛利率为24.3%,较2024年提升了5.8个百分点。小米集团方面解释,这主要是由于小米SU7 Ultra及小米YU7系列交付,以及其他相关业务毛利率上升所致。 官方数据显示,2025年新车交付约41.11万辆,同比增长200.4%。得益于汽车交付量的高增长,小米汽车在2025年汽车业务收入首超千亿元,达1033亿元。 小米集团合伙人、集团总裁卢伟冰在业绩发布电话会上表示,公司电动汽车业务还要持续向前发展,一定要比去年发展得更好,这样才能带动整个集团在内存上涨的产业大环境下,保证公司业务往前去走。“2026年,我们将全力冲刺交付55万辆小米汽车的目标。”卢伟冰说。 ACC"},"source_url":"https://finance.sina.com.cn/stock/relnews/hk/2026-03-23/doc-inhrysxr4031917.shtml","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/b0d1b7e8843deea78cc308b15114de44","article_id":"2621051397","content_text":"打穿行业,重新洗牌作者丨王圆磊喊话美的、对战格力......小米对“老大哥们”拳打脚踢。传统家电巨头们积极迎战小米。“没想到老大哥们对小米这么重视,下起手来还非常重。”2025年8月,小米集团总裁卢伟冰称。在中国众多科技企业中,小米称得上是一朵奇葩,创始人IP与公司高度绑定,在核心业务手机取得巨大的商业成绩后,又成功开辟出智能网联汽车第二增长曲线,并打破全球汽车工业增长纪录。尤其值得一提的是,近两年大家电业务也开始“起飞”。在传统家电厂商都在苦战之际,小米大家电轻轻松松便完成了增长KPI,实现了量价齐升,表现出的“松弛感”值得分析。小米大家电悄然成为“主角”誓要踢掉美的、格力其中一家?小米是极少数在家电行业大盘下行情况下实现逆势增长的企业。先来看大盘。虽然有智能家电的推动,但受消费信心偏弱、房地产市场调整等诸多因素影响,总体上家电市场依然连年承压,且至今仍未出现扭转迹象。全国家用电器工业信息中心数据显示,2025年中国家电内销市场规模为8461亿元,同比下降0.1%。相比于内销市场,出口压力明显更大。海关总署数据显示,2025年全年家电出口额6888.5亿元,同比下降3.9%。反映在企业上,行业两级分化已愈发明显——行业TOP级玩家尚能支撑,但行业中腰部及以下阵营大多数深陷泥潭。但即使这样,家电龙头们的日子也压力山大。以海尔智家为例,2024年上半年,海尔智家归母净利润104.2亿元,同比增长16.3%。到了2025年上半年,海尔智家归母净利润为120.33亿元,同比增长已降至15.6%。格力电器也是类似表现,2024年上半年,格力电器归母净利润141.36亿元,同比增长11.54%。2025年上半年,格力电器归母净利润为144.12亿元,仅同比增长1.95%。与老牌厂商相比,小米大家电业务起步较晚,且在集团内部并不如手机、汽车等亮眼,甚至在外界看来,小米大家电远不如后两者更有想象力。和外界感知形成巨大反差的是,从增速上看,小米大家电业务增速甚至超过了小米手机。具体到财务数据上,2025年上半年,小米智能大家电收入创历史新高,同比增长78.1%。其中,空调产品出货量超过680万台,同比增速超过60%。冰箱产品出货量超160万台,同比增速超过40%。洗衣机产品出货量超130万台,同比增速超过70%。“冰空洗”三大“白电”产品增速非常可观,这也直接推动了小米IoT与生活消费产品板块业务的增长。2025年上半年,该业务板块收入增长至711亿元,较2024年上半年的471亿元,同比大幅增加50.96%。小米大家电的增长势头已引起对手们的“警觉”。格力是反抗最强烈的品牌之一。2025年8月,格力电器市场总监朱磊在微博发文,反击“小米空调线上份额超越格力”的说法。多方进行了反复拉扯。尽管称“小米空调超越格力”言之尚早,但不可否认的是,以空调为代表的小米大家电,正在打破由美的、格力、海尔等传统家电龙头构筑的竞争格局。众所周知,小米在打造畅销产品上颇有经验。首先精准切入市场空缺价位段,再通过互联网营销,依靠产品超高颜值,号召庞大的“米粉”群体,趁机以低价占领市场,迅速拉升产品销量。值得一提的是,小米智能家电工厂的投产,又将极大地提升小米的“战斗力”。小米自建工厂后,将补齐最后一块生产短板,完整打通“设计、研发、生产、验证”闭环。此时,小米的战略将从“量变走向质变”,即完成市占率的抢攻后,逐渐开始用户和产品的分层,走向高端化。小米智能家电工厂,每6.5秒下线一台空调2025年10月,在小米智能家电工厂投产仪式上,卢伟冰称,未来五年小米大家电业务将冲刺千亿规模,到2030年空调业务目标在中国市场数一数二。小米战书已下。目前,中国空调市场头两把交椅属于美的、格力,这就意味着,其中一家将被小米踢掉。背靠生态小米抢攻巨头硬核阵地除了增速以外,高端化是小米大家电的一大看点。此前,小米大家电部总经理单联瑜曾表示,高端化意味着能力建设,怎么让产品看上去贵有贵的道理,它值这个钱,这是小米一定要做的事情。亿欧认为,高端至少要具备四层要素,首先是智能化,这也是与传统家电根本区别所在。二是品质可控,企业要拥有自主可控的全链路控制能力。三是影响用户心智,打造高端品牌形象。最终,将体现在价格上,定价是产品竞争力的直观体现。高端化的战略价值显而易见。拥有更高的品牌溢价和毛利率,可直接改善利润结构,摆脱低端的价格战泥潭。更重要的是,只有占据高端市场,企业才有资格参与行业标准的制定,从“跟随者”成为“引领者”。在大家电高端化方面,小米与美的、海尔等传统厂商的实现路径有所不同,传统巨头主要依靠深耕多年的渠道与品牌优势。比如海尔卡萨帝,经过二十年深耕积累了强大的品牌认知。GfK中怡康数据显示,2025年10月,卡萨帝冰箱、洗衣机在1万以上价位段市占率分别达43%、76%,空调在1.5万以上价位段份额达60.8%。小米在实现家电高端化上,重要一招便是打造AI家电,通过AI介入家电智能化,重构高端生活体验。眼下,肉眼可见的趋势是,AI正在助推家电行业从产品竞争迈向生态竞争。毫无疑问,在生态这片阵地上,这是小米的主场。长期以来,“生态”“平台”都是商业世界中被频繁提及的“性感”词汇,大公司都在拼命打造生态,也都声称自己是平台型企业。但现实是,真正具备生态能力的企业少之又少。大约十年前,贾跃亭向公众描述一个又一个庞大的乐视生态故事,电视、手机、汽车、体育、影视……每一个业务都让人“热泪盈眶”。然而,靠概念驱动、靠资本喂养的乐视生态终究未能迎来曙光。雷军要比贾跃亭技高一筹,小米凭借在供应链上的话语权、渠道和品牌优势,以最原始的做生意的逻辑,帮助生态链企业迅速做大,数百家公司组成了一张庞大的生态网。商业世界从不缺少后来者,在小米之后,追觅科技凭借技术复利疯狂扩张,创始人俞浩声称要当世界首富,追觅科技要成为人类历史上第一家百万亿美元企业。从乐视到小米再到追觅,演绎了中国科技企业构建生态的升级路径:从资本到产品,再到技术。当然,这是个略显复杂的研究对象,本文不再展开。要明确的是,小米是目前极少数生态能力最强的科技企业之一,已建成全球最大的消费级物联网平台。而大家电,正是小米“人、车、家生态”战略中极其重要的一环。据卢伟冰介绍,截至2025年底,小米全球月活用户达到7.42亿,AIoT平台连接设备数达10.4亿,硬件合作伙伴数量突破1.5万家。以生态联动智能,实现人、车、家的互联互通,从而提升大家电的高端化、智能化体验,小米已逐渐探索出新路子。打通“最后一公里”行业亟需破壁者对于用户来说,智能化是选择家电产品的一大指标。要在一个平台上操作不同设备,更便捷省事、更节能省电、更绿色环保、更好满足个性化需求,这些都需要企业持续攻关,要求品牌以生态思维打造全屋智能。全屋智能并非新话题,亿欧认为,其核心是让设备具备主动感知的能力,实现“无感化”的智能体验。至少要具备三大能力,一是设备间的无缝互联,打破品牌壁垒。二是AI技术深度介入。三是场景化、生态化的整体解决方案,而非单品的堆砌。但现实情况是,要实现这个目标绝非易事。突出问题便是协议碎片化。表面上看,美的、海尔等企业都声称能提供全套解决方案,但都存在缺陷。传统集成方案通常支持单一协议类型,用户使用不同品牌产品需要多个控制中枢,要在不同设备间切换才能体验到“手搓版”智能化。每家企业都希望用户使用自己的产品,存在“障碍”便在情理之中,真正实现互联互通注定是一条漫长的路。企业各怀心思,在技术、行标等方面都需要进一步努力。相比而言,小米的优势在于更丰富的产品线,智能手机、智能汽车、“冰空洗”科技家电,以及各类智能硬件产品,组成了庞大的生态链。AIoT平台连接的10.4亿设备,覆盖200多个产品,可实现跨品类的无缝协同。这正是传统家电品牌在短期内难以企及的优势。当然,小米大家电产品并非没有短板。一方面,小米大家电主要依赖线上和小米之家,线下场景渗透率有待进一步提高。再者,售后体系仍需持续完善。这也是小米需要重点“补课”的。更关键的是,在打造高端品牌形象上,海尔、美的、TCL、海信等拥有更加深厚的技术和品牌积累,小米要占领高端市场显然无法一蹴而就。过去,消费者对小米的认知普遍是“性价比”,很难将小米空调、小米洗衣机和“高端”联系在一起。如前文所述,价格是最直观的体现。以3匹家用立式空调为例,小米售价约5千元,而海尔卡萨帝则售价1万元以上。如何扭转消费者认知,让外界认为小米大家电也是高端品牌、高端产品,这是小米要做的事。当然,这需要小米踏实钻研技术,实实在在提升产品质量。从“轻资产”到“重制造”,从“性价比”到冲刺“高端化”,从布局国内到走向海外,小米大家电用互联网思维改造传统渠道,成为中国制造业升级的一个典型案例。无论如何,小米都将成为家电行业转型期值得观察的样本,对于传统家电巨头们来说都是值得警惕的事。\n\n\n海量资讯、精准解读,尽在新浪财经APP","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"81810":0.6,"XIACY":1.96,"HXXD.SI":0.6,"01810":1.96}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":594,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0}],"defaultTab":"following","isTTM":false}
