  麻烦媒体专业点吧，苹果根本没输好吗。这个案子epic的核心诉求是啥都没搞清楚，核心诉求是要求认定苹果在该sub market构成垄断，并要求让fortnite重新上架app store以及降低苹果税。然而法官判决这三项都不成立，苹果不构成垄断，苹果依然有权要求epic遵守app store的规定，fortnite依旧不能重新上架，而且epic还得赔钱给苹果。而所谓要求苹果允许内容生产者引导用户通过第三方购买，早在这个案子之前、苹果在其他案子的庭外和解已经同意了。
