  $希伯伦科技(HEBT)$ 很多股民担心股票低于1美元可能会退市，根据我朋友在美国的证券律师说；如果一家在美上市公司30个交易日未能达到1美元报价，纳斯达克会发警告通知给这家公司，并给出180天观察期，在180天观察期内连续10个交易日报价高于1美元，即可摘除警告。若未能到达要求，公司还可以主动向纳斯达克提出申请续期180天。另外还有一种就是缩股，2股或更多缩成一股，股价高于1美元也不会被警告。所以，只要该公司运行正常，不必太担心退市。

  $希伯伦科技(HEBT)$ 希伯伦主要是给药厂提供生产线设计、咨询、施工辅助药厂通过GMP认证。山东罗欣、天津红日等上市公司都是他们客户，温州这边的工厂也很现代化。该公司的市值严重被低估了！
