$PROPNEX LIMITED(OYY.SI)$ Propnex has just announced its 3rd quarter 2021 earnings report yesterday and it was outstanding!

Propnex's 3Q2021 Net Profit After Tax more than double to SGD15. 5 million!  Its Revenue doubled to SGD234. 4 million with strong cash position of SGD123. 7 million!

Propnex's sales force in Singapore is the first to cross 10,000 mark, solidifying its position as Singapore's largest Real Estate Agency.

When looking at the financial health of a company, it is important to note the free cash flow and debt levels of the company.  In this respect, Propnex is outstanding as it continues to be Debt Free and the Balance Sheet shows cash and cash equivalent of SGD123. 7 million as at 30 September 2021, compared to SGD94. 7 million as at 30 September 2020.

Propnex also shows a caring side and set up the Propnex Real Estate Salesperson Chapter - Agents' Voice Matters on 7 October 2021.  This is in conjunction with NTUC's jurisdiction supported by Singapore Industrial and Services Employees Union. This chapter serves to look into the welfare of real estate sales persons, promoting professionalism and allows a platform for raising issues.

In a hot real estate market in Singapore, Propnex will continue to grow exponentially in the years to come.  This is also supported by the low interest rate environment and excess liquidity in the market.

There is also  good news for investors, as Propnex said that it intends to pay out 75% to 80% of its FY2021 profits as dividends.

In land scarce Singapore, I intend to hold Propnex long term as I believe that it will continue to grow exponentially and be rewarded with its attractive dividends in the years to come.
