Whether approved or not, this translates into an estimate of S$0.92 issuing price, or at least the price Top Glove believes it's worthwhile by and large. Nevertheless the realty is ruthless. With no more generous endorsement of institution, it's sinking relunctantly yet steadily, towards comparablely that before covid, between 0.6 and 0.7, despite its escalated assets.
