He has a Neutral rating. He says the lower target better reflects the company’s growth prospects relative to social-media peers, and he sees limited upside from recent levels.</p>\n<p>“The company continues to improve U.S. monetization, while also executing on its early efforts to monetize its large non-U.S. user base,” he wrote. “Additionally, 2021 Street estimates look reasonable to us. As such, we believe Pinterest’s growth opportunities are priced in at current levels.”</p>\n<p>Pinterest shares (ticker: PINS) surged in October amid reports about a potential acquisition by&nbsp;PayPal Holdings&nbsp;(PYPL).
