Grab is not that a good company as you have thought.., customer satisfaction is so important for justification a company especially for those who are in service industry business..,

I have personally & my daughter try their grab food service & grab car.., unfortunately they are as bad as what the market review ...just no replied & ignore in complaint.., a good company will have to take good care investor profit..will they..?
