融创中国发布的那篇公告很及时很重要。意思是公司不需要向政府求救。融创服务连续回购股票，也证明了公司有现金，也很有信心。只要融创地产不出问题，那融创服务物业更不会出问题。现在地产多是联合拿地，联合开发，按比例分账，而物业公司只有融创物业一家。地产公司开疆扩土，物业公司坐享其成，躺赚的生意。
