在本周二(7月30日)举行的小鹏AI智驾发布会上,何小鹏表示:小鹏汽车是全球唯二,国内率先实现端到端大模型量产上车的车企。他透露,小鹏汽车在AI训练上已投入了35亿费用,包括算力、人工。在端到端加持下,小鹏智驾进化能力加速,大版本能力的提升,从13个月逐步缩减。到今年年底,小鹏能够实现自动过ETC,打通园区内部道路,这意味着XNGP实现智驾能力的跨越只需要5个月。他还表示,端到端加持下,XNGP具有更强的学习能力,能够处理更复杂的道路情况,在规则时代这是难以实现的。随着数据学习的增加,XNGP能力不断提升,没有使用大模型的智驾都将被淘汰。

请问楼主本身车技如何? 以下是敝人的感受: 感谢Musk大发善心,有机会免费体验一个月的FSD Supervised,目前体验即将结束谈谈使用感受,一家之言,仅供参考。 总结:自动驾驶确实能够实现,在不久的将来! 激活方式很容易,输入目的地,拨动挡杆即开始。不过有了FSD,好像没有办法使用ACC了,毕竟激活方式完全一样…话说有了FSD谁还用ACC啊?且听分析(tu cao) 在晴天的环境下,准确点说不下雨的情况下,能够实现点到点的驾驶功能,包括stop sign,进主路,进出高速,等红灯变线等等,当然仍然存在一些问题 转弯的时候几乎总是稍稍走大再回调,包括下高速出口,在米帝问题不大,在天朝压实线似乎不太好吧。在高速的时候按照限速以及设定的off set决定车速,也可以自己调整,有的时候能遵循follow traffic保持速度,但是偶尔变化的没有什么逻辑,会突然感觉车速降了或者加速,需要反应一下是哪个算法在起作用,当然这一切都是在保证安全的前提下,完全可以不用担心。 最大的问题在于路线选择,即变线的时候。若前方速度低于设定速度,会自动向左变线超车,感觉好像在亮转向灯之前有评估左侧车道的环节,亮灯后大部分时间加速变道,如果亮灯后左侧车道有车从后方快速接近的话,会灭灯,中止并线再次尝试。但是,另外一个设定好像是如果本身在最左侧车道,后方有车跟随的话,自动变到右侧让行,这个时候亮灯之前好像并不评估右侧车道什么状况,亮灯之后若检测到有车不适合变道,会稍作等待,后方没车接近(当然一直有车的话会中止再尝试)再完成变道,完全不评估变道后前方的车是否在龟速行驶,结果就是经常换来换去,即使后车仅仅以相同的速度跟随,也会看到他前面的车莫名其妙的不停变道。另外还有一次开始向右侧变道的时候,隔一条道的车在向左变道,FSD并没有中止,如果我不介入目测可能会碰到,不知道此场景特斯拉的工程师是如何标定的

start;\">这才有了我们这次经费爆炸,路途超远的跨洋试驾。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">说回我们租的这台车, 2018 款的 Model 3 ,大概就和国内第一批国产的毛豆三差不多,租车成本是一天将近 150 刀,也就是一千软妹币左右,略贵略贵。</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img start;\">当然不只是唐人街啊,在租车的这一天时间里,我们高强度地开了七八个小时,跑了两百多公里的路,也算是把米国的各种路况都跑了个大概。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">对 FSD ,我们最直观的感受就是三点:像人、像人、还是 tm 的,像人。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">全程体验下来, FSD 的表现是我们目前试过的所有智驾系统里,最接近真人开车的那个。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">最明显的一点,就是它几乎没有在体感的加速度变化上,给我们带来任何的不适。遇到刹车、起步或者是变道的时候,总是很丝滑、很线性。</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img 呢,不管你停车的地方在哪,路边也好,停车场里也好,只要你设定了目的地,拨一下拨杆, FSD 就能直接原地启动,开始智驾。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">我们的阿维塔车主同事,直接就是一个原地折服。</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img start;\">就比如好几次过路口的时候,估计是因为环境有点复杂,它就非常犹豫,得给一脚电才能逼着它过。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">而且因为是纯视觉,天一暗它的眼睛可能就不太好使了。像我们住的这个酒店的路口,到了晚上会变得比较隐蔽。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">有时候呢,它能很流畅的一把拐进去。有时候则会没看见,直接开过去,然后绕一个巨远的路线回来重新找。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">同一个路口夜间的不同表现:</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img start;\">因为我们试过的大部分智驾,都需要一直盯着它以免出岔子,搞得比自己开车还紧张,那还不如自己开是吧。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">但试过 FSD 以后, emmm ,可能真的改变了一些我对智驾的刻板印象。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">可能有朋友会好奇,老马是怎么让 FSD 像真人一样开车的,那就要提到我们一开始提到过的代码大更新了。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">如今大部分的智驾系统,大都是由三个部分组成的,感知,规划和控制,分别负责看周边的环境、思考应该做啥动作,以及控制车子完成这些动作。</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d565200dd17f1efd46ff98d29953a094\" tg-width=\"600\" tg-height=\"361\"/></p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">现在除了特斯拉,绝大部分的智驾系统都是会在感知的阶段,用上了一个叫 Transformer 的 AI 架构。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">它的作用,其实就是把各种传感收集到的信息融合起来,生成一个实时更新的 3D 模型,感知的任务就完成了。</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/b1e175bb9be4af9785530e3b141b77a9\" start;\">就相当于,人们会把一个考卷的问题和答案都写好。智驾系统就会拿着这个卷子,去前面的那个 3D 场景里找对应的情况。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">啊遇到前面有车需要减速,遇到有人横穿马路需要停车等待等等。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">然后它会用上一种叫蒙特卡洛树搜的方式,用穷举法,把所有合适的路线都列一遍。接着从里头挑出一条危险性最低的发给车辆的控制模块,让它们照着这个开。</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5ce95c05ceac4376f0b014b6e30471ab\" start;\">那有人担心说,会不会学到什么危险驾驶的坏习惯啊。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">当然不会,因为他们在北美有个自营的保险,定期会对每个买了保险的车主做行为评分。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">只有分数够高的车主数据,才会被丢给模型做训练。</p><p start;\">不是说谁的水平比不上谁啊,而是因为两个产品的体验环境差别实在是太大了,本着对比就应该控制变量的原则,压根就没法放在一起比较。</p><p style=\"text-align: start;\">你看美国那头,地广人稀的,路上除了车也就只有车。大伙呢路权意识也比较强,能不让的绝对不让,能让的也会让的很干脆。跟国内的路况比起来。。。真就没有什么需要博弈的情况。</p><p ADS 2.0 在国内这一票厂商里头,还真就是最能打的那个。可如果把视野放的大一点,把海外市场也拉来对比的话,大伙的答案可能就会不一样了。为啥?因为在北美有那么一家车企的智驾,虽说国内用不到,但是人称 “ 智能驾驶最强幻神 ” ,甚至比遥遥领先还更领先。海外用户的评价,也都是我连恰广子都不太好意思写的程度。它就是特斯拉的 FSD 。我们呢,作为问界 M9 和阿维塔 12 的双车车主,每天上下班用的都是华为智驾,自然不会被这种一面之词所打动。趁着要去米国参加谷歌 IO 的机会,我们抽空租了一台买了 FSD 系统的特斯拉 Model 3 ,准备一探究竟。看看它到底有没有这么神,和华为智驾相比谁才是智驾一哥。结果这不探不要紧,一探,直接就给我们种草了。可能有朋友还不太知道这个 FSD 是啥,它的全称是 Full Self Driving ,也就是全自动驾驶。它能实现啥功能就是你上车以后,在车机上定好要去哪,它就能自己开过去。别看它现在的能力挺牛逼,但要说它的身世,那可是相当曲折。概念是马斯克 2013 年提的,功能演示的视频是 2016 年发的,紧接着就是出车祸、被召回、被举报演示视频造假,搞得 FSD 是年年跳票。大伙呢,也都觉得老马在画大饼。然而,在鸽了小十年之后,去年年底马斯克突然表示,在经过了无数训练,花了 N 多钱买显卡、把底层代码全都更新了一遍以后,第 12 版 FSD 终于成了,而且马上推送!本来以为老马会和之前的特斯拉 AutoPilot 一样,搞个功能还不全的半成品糊弄糊弄的,结果好嘛, V12 版 FSD 一发,外网上跟雇了水军似的,清一色全是好评。这才有了我们这次经费爆炸,路途超远的跨洋试驾。说回我们租的这台车, 2018 款的 Model 3 ,大概就和国内第一批国产的毛豆三差不多,租车成本是一天将近 150 刀,也就是一千软妹币左右,略贵略贵。这也是我比较喜欢 FSD 的一个点,因为用的是纯视觉方案,对硬件的要求不是很高,所以就算这种几年前的老车型只要愿意花个每个月 99 美刀,就也能用上最新的 FSD ,没有放弃老车主的属于是。在拿到车的第一时间,我们就直奔当地路况最复杂的地方,唐人街。当然不只是唐人街啊,在租车的这一天时间里,我们高强度地开了七八个小时,跑了两百多公里的路,也算是把米国的各种路况都跑了个大概。对 FSD ,我们最直观的感受就是三点:像人、像人、还是 tm 的,像人。全程体验下来, FSD 的表现是我们目前试过的所有智驾系统里,最接近真人开车的那个。最明显的一点,就是它几乎没有在体感的加速度变化上,给我们带来任何的不适。遇到刹车、起步或者是变道的时候,总是很丝滑、很线性。尤其是遇上红灯,它是这样慢慢往前挪着停的。真就和我平时开车一样。另一个像人的点,是 FSD 开车不需要车道线。要知道现在大部分的智驾,基本就是离了车道线就歇菜。但你看 FSD ,就算是在这种没有车道线的大马路上,也会很自觉的靠在右边走( 美国是靠右通行的 )。遇到这种大路口的左拐,它也是一次都没有失败过。而且,又快又准。这就不得不提整个试驾里我觉得最逆天的一个场景了。注意看,这个男人叫小帅,是一个完全没有照明和信号灯的路口,还是个双向 N 车道。上头的车,开的也是嘎嘎快。要在这种情况下左拐,对智驾来说绝对是地狱难度。但大伙看 FSD 的处理,先是等大的车流过去,然后慢慢往前挪找时机。逮到一个空直接就是一个果断的左转,操作拉满了。有时候呢, FSD 甚至还会耍些小聪明。像这里,注意看这个导航路线是想让车子去前面的路上调头的,但 FSD 就是会抄个小近路直接左转。还有像进主路的时候,为了更快的去里面的车道, FSD 还会压一小段实线。就。。。真的很像人啊。最最最最重要的是,国内厂商的高阶智驾,一般需要在车速达标,或是开到支持的路段之后才能启动的。而 FSD 呢,不管你停车的地方在哪,路边也好,停车场里也好,只要你设定了目的地,拨一下拨杆, FSD 就能直接原地启动,开始智驾。我们的阿维塔车主同事,直接就是一个原地折服。但是啊,太像人也不全是优点,人会犯的毛病, FSD 有时候也会犯。就比如好几次过路口的时候,估计是因为环境有点复杂,它就非常犹豫,得给一脚电才能逼着它过。而且因为是纯视觉,天一暗它的眼睛可能就不太好使了。像我们住的这个酒店的路口,到了晚上会变得比较隐蔽。有时候呢,它能很流畅的一把拐进去。有时候则会没看见,直接开过去,然后绕一个巨远的路线回来重新找。同一个路口夜间的不同表现:但说实话,瑕不掩瑜。就因为它各种地方都非常像人,所以用着用着, FSD 就会给我们一种蜜汁自信,就感觉它啥情况都能搞定,不由自主的就会在心里放松下来。出于安全考虑这不算啥优点啊,但它确实给我们带来了一种全新的体验。因为我们试过的大部分智驾,都需要一直盯着它以免出岔子,搞得比自己开车还紧张,那还不如自己开是吧。但试过 FSD 以后, emmm ,可能真的改变了一些我对智驾的刻板印象。可能有朋友会好奇,老马是怎么让 FSD 像真人一样开车的,那就要提到我们一开始提到过的代码大更新了。如今大部分的智驾系统,大都是由三个部分组成的,感知,规划和控制,分别负责看周边的环境、思考应该做啥动作,以及控制车子完成这些动作。现在除了特斯拉,绝大部分的智驾系统都是会在感知的阶段,用上了一个叫 Transformer 的 AI 架构。它的作用,其实就是把各种传感收集到的信息融合起来,生成一个实时更新的 3D 模型,感知的任务就完成了。到了规划阶段,智驾的工程师们一般会预先制定一大堆规则。比如红灯停、绿灯行这种基础交规,还有怎么避开障碍物,遇到行人需要优先避让等高级规则。就相当于,人们会把一个考卷的问题和答案都写好。智驾系统就会拿着这个卷子,去前面的那个 3D 场景里找对应的情况。啊遇到前面有车需要减速,遇到有人横穿马路需要停车等待等等。然后它会用上一种叫蒙特卡洛树搜的方式,用穷举法,把所有合适的路线都列一遍。接着从里头挑出一条危险性最低的发给车辆的控制模块,让它们照着这个开。思路很清晰对吧,但问题就在于,这种规则化的算法碰到做过的题就还好,要是碰到没做过的,大概率就得宕机。所以,如果你在路上看见哪台车智驾开的好好的突然开始画龙或者抽搐,那估计就是规则算法遇到了没见过的问题,搁那纠结呢。那马斯克在 FSD 上的做法呢,其实就是在保持感知环节不变的情况下,把原先规划环节里的那些个规则预设全砍了,也换成了 Transformer 架构。然后,特斯拉会喂给这个模型巨多的实际驾驶的视频素材,让它从这些画面里头领悟大伙开车的习惯。就比如规则算法里头是红灯得停车是吧,但在 FSD 里,就是大部分人看到这个红色的圆圆的玩意就会停车,所以我需要停车。大部分人开车都会在这两条线里头开,那我也要在这两条线里开。学的多了以后呢,除了这些基本的交通规则以外,很多咱们日常开车的小习惯就会被它学去。比如红灯倒计时快结束的时候就提前慢慢起步,比如在没有车道线的时候也得靠着边上开,比如遇到慢车的时候会找机会变到隔壁车道之类。前头那些个抄近路、压实线的小聪明,我估计也都是 FSD 从车主身上学来的。那有人担心说,会不会学到什么危险驾驶的坏习惯啊。当然不会,因为他们在北美有个自营的保险,定期会对每个买了保险的车主做行为评分。只有分数够高的车主数据,才会被丢给模型做训练。也就是说, FSD 最终的效果,其实是 N 多开车习惯还不错的车主的平均值,真就相当于一个老司机在帮你开车。那么回到最开始的问题。FSD 和华为 ADS 相比,谁更领先一些呢?我的答案是,没法比。不是说谁的水平比不上谁啊,而是因为两个产品的体验环境差别实在是太大了,本着对比就应该控制变量的原则,压根就没法放在一起比较。你看美国那头,地广人稀的,路上除了车也就只有车。大伙呢路权意识也比较强,能不让的绝对不让,能让的也会让的很干脆。跟国内的路况比起来。。。真就没有什么需要博弈的情况。华为 ADS 呢虽然用的还是规则算法,但是在这么复杂的场景里头,我们同事的这台阿维塔 12 都能做到一个大部分时候能用,少数情况还有 bug 的水平如果把他丢到和 FSD 一样的环境里,我觉得华为的表现可能并不会比特斯拉差。相反,如果 FSD 真就进了国内,能不能和华为智驾达到相似的水准,我心中还是会打个问号的。都别说搞定随时随地会出现的小电驴和自行车了,能不能搞懂重庆的山路都还说不住哦。最主要的是,华为 ADS 的算法进步的速度真的很快。就我们这个同事来说,试驾 FSD 的时候他还说,自己的华为智驾基本搞不定调头弯。结果到他回来的时候,他的车就已经通过 OTA ,熟练掌握调头技能了。搞定国内大部分的路况,我估摸着也就是个时间问题。所以说,真正头对头的 battle ,可能只有等华为智驾成了完全体,特斯拉 FSD 搞定了各种政策正式进入国内以后才能实现了。到时候一定第一时间给大家测出来, FSD
