href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AAPL\">苹果</a>的例子,但与以往不同的是他用了具体的三个判断让我真切体会到了他所谓的“懂企业”到底表现在什么地方,是如何体现出来的。</p>\n<p>在我的印象中,他的这段分享似乎从来没有出现在他的问答录中。</p>\n<p>这段访谈相当精彩。</p>\n<p>在段永平的问答录中,他经常谈及苹果,谈及他悟到的苹果的一些关键特点:</p>\n<p>这个公司不是那么极致地追求商业利益,而是极致地追求用户体验,追求为用户带来不一样的价值。</p>\n<p>然后他举的例子多是苹果的生态、对客户带来的粘性等等。</p>\n<p>但在这次访谈中,他提及了自己过往对苹果的三次判断:</p>\n<p>第一次是他在公司说苹果一定会推出大屏手机。</p>\n<p>在他作出这个判断后的第3年,苹果果然推出了大屏手机。</p>\n<p>为什么呢?</p>\n<p>他说这是用户的刚需,要让用户有好的体验,这是必须做的事。</p>\n<p>第二次是他说苹果一定不会推出电视。</p>\n<p>对这个判断,他在自己的公司就有两次经历。两次都是当时公司的实际执行人一定想尝试做电视。他说想做那就试吧,他不拦着。</p>\n<p>结果试过两次后,他自己的公司最后都没做。</p>\n<p>当然苹果也没有推出电视。</p>\n<p>为什么呢?</p>\n<p>他说电视提供不了用户什么价值。</p>\n<p>第三次更有意思。</p>\n<p>十几年前业界就盛传苹果要推出电动车,但他不管业界传出了什么内部信息、内部照片,他就是坚持说苹果不会出电动车。</p>\n<p>果然最后苹果取消了电动车项目。</p>\n<p>为什么呢?</p>\n<p>他说这不是技术问题,而同样是他认为电动车不能为用户提供价值。</p>\n<p>对段永平在这里谈到的价值,我个人的理解是用户能够获得的与众不同的感受和体验。</p>\n<p>从段永平的这三次“铁口直断”,我现在所理解的“懂公司”是指:</p>\n<p>不是停留在表面上的夸夸其谈,而是能够直接内化地理解公司的价值观和行为模式,乃至能够身临其境地设想按照这个公司的价值观,它未来会做什么以及不会做什么。</p>\n<p>这才是真正的“懂”,这种“懂”已经让自己成为了公司的一部分,深入理解到了公司价值观的内核。</p>\n<p>我觉得这是迄今为止,我所听到的一切分享中讲得最精彩的“懂公司”。</p>\n<p>除了苹果以外,段永平还谈到了一个被自己称为不太懂的公司:<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NVDA\">英伟达</a>。</p>\n<p>此前,我以为我多少能够理解英伟达,知道它的护城河是CUDA生态等等。</p>\n<p>但段永平提供了另外一种不同的角度来审视英伟达。</p>\n<p>他的大意是:</p>\n<p>他看老黄十多年前的演讲和观点,然后再回顾这十多年来老黄所做的事,结果发现老黄的所做就是曾经的所想。</p>\n<p>所以他现在看英伟达和AI的未来就看老黄现在的所讲,然后他以此来判断老黄未来的所作乃至英伟达未来的发展。</p>\n<p>苹果和英伟达对于一直关心电子产品和AI发展的投资者来说早就是老生常谈了。</p>\n<p>但是从老生常谈中还能谈出新观点、发掘新角度,这个功力之深厚实在是让人深感佩服。</p></body></html>","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE
