Meta Platforms' (META) Muse network continues to expand through new retail partnerships, voice and wearables integrations, productivity tools and international rollout, Morgan Stanley said Thursday in a report.
Muse's retail partnerships may streamline shopping, with early transaction commissions likely to be small and longer-term monetization coming from data sharing, loyalty programs and retail media, the report said.
Meta's upcoming Muse Voice and augmented-reality glasses integration could help drive adoption, alongside plans to expand Muse beyond the US and Canada and to Apple computers, the report said.
Meta also announced lightweight virtual-reality glasses starting at $1,299 and slated for spring, with Muse built into the operating system, Morgan Stanley said. The device combines VR and 3D gaming, entertainment and productivity features and may offer additional upside in 2027, the report said.
Morgan Stanley maintained its overweight rating and "Top Pick" designation on Meta with a $775 price target.
