RedHill Biopharma (RDHL) said late Monday it has closed its private placement, raising some $6 million upfront with up to about $13.4 million of potential proceeds upon the exercise in full of its warrants.
The placement includes nearly 8.6 million American depositary shares, series A-1 warrants, and series A-2 warrants at $0.70 per ADS and accompanying warrants, the firm said.
