Zhongshen Jianye (HKG:2503) increased the per-share subscription price under a share subscription contract to HK$0.61 from HK$0.60 previously, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The new net proceeds from the issue will be HK$75.1 million and will be used to meet the capital needs of certain projects, as well as for general working capital.
The construction company on Wednesday agreed to issue a total of 123,552,000 shares to six investors.
