B.Duck Semk's (HKG:2250) unit Semk Licensing (Shenzhen) entered into a formal cooperation agreement for the joint development and operation of the Guizhou Huangguoshu B.Duck Themed Rafting Project with two parties, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The parties comprise Guizhou Anshun Huangguoshu State-owned Capital Operation and Anshun Huangguoshu Tourism Zone Shiqi Culture and Tourism.
The project is located at Tianlang Line Baishui River and will run for a term of ten years, starting May 1, 2025, and ending April 30, 2035.
The firm has also established B.Duck Semk Tourism (Shenzhen), which adopts an "IP + Full Industry Chain" model to expand its presence in the cultural tourism sector.
