Electric-vehicle maker Xpeng Motors announced that the final offer prices for both the International Offering and the Hong Kong Public Offering have been set at HK$165.00 per Offer Share.
That represents a discount of about 4.1% to itsclosing priceof $44.32 on Tuesday on the New York Stock Exchange.
Xpeng Motors shares dropped 2.5% in premarket trading.
