Clarification on unauthorized, unverified information relating to the Company

GigaCloud Technology Inc (the “Company”) has recently noticed certain unauthorized, unverified information relating to the Company. The Company has conducted internal verification and investigation, and wishes to clarify as follows:

1. From time to time, third party e-commerce platforms may organize sales promotion events. During such events, the sales promotion policies of such third-party e-commerce platforms may directly or indirectly affect the Company’s sales or financial performance. Upon the occurrence of a material event that directly or indirectly affects the Company, the Company will disclose such event in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

2. Information relating to the Company will only be published in formal channels through the Company’s official accounts, press releases or public filings. Other sources of information have not been authorized or verified by the Company, and may contain false or misleading information. Investors should take caution with respect to statements not authorized by the Company.
