事实上，从今年9月份以来，人民币汇率与美元指数的走势出现明显得的背离，美元指数反弹，而人民币兑美元汇率不贬值反而升值，人民币一篮子汇率指数处于强势水平。 汇率强势的原因包括，进出口数据因疫情的反复景气度持续处于高位，外资流入中国资本市场，以及央行稳健的货币政策令人民币资产较海外资产相对拥有吸引力等等。 12月7日，央行货币政策司发布的最新再贷款、再贴现利率表显示，支农、支小再贷款3个月、6个月、1年期再贷款利率分别为1.7%、1.9%、2%，该利率于当日开始执行。相比央行去年7月1日发布的再贷款利率，这意味着央行自12月7日起下调支农、支小再贷款利率0.25个百分点。这是时隔一年多人民银行再度下调支农、支小再贷款利率。 这里面，最值得关注的一件事情是，随着央行降准，以及调降再贷款和再贴现利率后，汇率没有出现贬值，而是出现的升值现象。 一般情况下，汇率升值相对有利于出口，汇率贬值则有利于进口。那么，如果接下来一段时间，人民币汇率的升值趋势延续，那么大家就值得关注以下几个方面的资产： 首先，国内的核心资产。比如我们匠鑫25股票池里面的相关标的物，大家也可以通过沪港通持续买入的排行榜里面筛选。
