While Apple might look somewhat expensive at a price-to-earnings ratio of 27, analysts have been underestimating the iPhone maker for years. The stock has delivered multibagger returns over the last decade even though the brand was just as well known in 2011 as it is today.
\n
Wait times for the newest iPhones are reported to be the longest in at least four years at more than four weeks. While Wall Street tries to figure out whether it's genuine demand or supply shortages creating the delays, the only thing that matters is that the 5G upgrade cycle is definitely here, and it's going to lead to more revenue growth for Apple over the next few years.
\n
Apple started the year with an installed base of 1.65 billion devices worldwide, a new record. The introduction of 5G on the iPhone 12 drove strong revenue performance a year ago. Through the first three quarters of fiscal 2021 (through June), iPhone sales were up 37.5% year over year. The new iPhone 13 should pull in users that skipped last year's upgrade, especially once people get a look at the smoothness of the new screens on the Pro models.
\n
The iPhone is the flywheel product for Apple, since strong sales tend to spill over to other products and services. All said, Apple is looking at a profitable stretch of growth and is a good bet for investors.
\n
Micron Technology: A top provider of essential mobile hardware
\n
Micron is a leading supplier of dynamic random-access memory (DRAM), non-volatile memory (NAND), and NOR flash memory and storage products that are used in consumer PCs, data centers, and by some of the leading smartphone manufacturers. Long-term demand trends in the data center and 5G markets are driving a strong growth phase for the company, with revenue up 29% in fiscal 2021, which ended in September.
\n
Micron's mobile business unit grew 26% in fiscal 2021 and accounted for slightly more than a quarter of its total revenue. Management is anticipating another strong year of growth, as 5G phones contain significantly more memory capacity than 4G phones.
\n
Micron has supplied products for iPhones in the past, but a recent teardown of the iPhone 13 revealed that Apple chose to use chips from Micron competitors SK Hynix and Kioxia this time around. This isn't a problem for Micron, though, since the smartphone market is much bigger than Apple, with 5G smartphone sales expected to reach 500 million units this year.
\n
Given the growth Micron is seeing across the data center, mobile, automotive, and industrial markets, the stock looks particularly attractive at a forward P/E of just 7.2. Throw in a small quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share (yielding about 0.15% at the current stock price), and investors are looking at one cheap stock to invest in the 5G growth cycle.
\n
Zynga: A fast-growing mobile game producer
\n
It's not just hardware suppliers that will benefit from 5G. People who play mobile games will see significant benefits, such as faster downloads, from the technology and Zynga is the company behind several popular mobile games, including FarmVille, Merge Magic!, Empires & Puzzles, and Words With Friends. The stock has delivered a return of 150% over the last five years, and the era of 5G could significantly boost player engagement and growth for this company.
\n
Players using 5G devices will be able to download games with large file sizes much faster while away from their home Wi-Fi network, which could increase player engagement. 5G speeds will also bring major benefits to online multiplayer games, such as Zynga's CSR Racing. Overall, games will look better and play faster.
\n
Management estimates that investments in international growth, cross-platform play, launching hyper-casual games, and mobile advertising put the company's long-term addressable market at $240 billion. While Apple might look somewhat expensive at a price-to-earnings ratio of 27, analysts have been underestimating the iPhone maker for years. The stock has delivered multibagger returns over the last decade even though the brand was just as well known in 2011 as it is today.\nWait times for the newest iPhones are reported to be the longest in at least four years at more than four weeks. While Wall Street tries to figure out whether it's genuine demand or supply shortages creating the delays, the only thing that matters is that the 5G upgrade cycle is definitely here, and it's going to lead to more revenue growth for Apple over the next few years.\nApple started the year with an installed base of 1.65 billion devices worldwide, a new record. The introduction of 5G on the iPhone 12 drove strong revenue performance a year ago. Through the first three quarters of fiscal 2021 (through June), iPhone sales were up 37.5% year over year. The new iPhone 13 should pull in users that skipped last year's upgrade, especially once people get a look at the smoothness of the new screens on the Pro models.\nThe iPhone is the flywheel product for Apple, since strong sales tend to spill over to other products and services. All said, Apple is looking at a profitable stretch of growth and is a good bet for investors.\nMicron Technology: A top provider of essential mobile hardware\nMicron is a leading supplier of dynamic random-access memory (DRAM), non-volatile memory (NAND), and NOR flash memory and storage products that are used in consumer PCs, data centers, and by some of the leading smartphone manufacturers. Long-term demand trends in the data center and 5G markets are driving a strong growth phase for the company, with revenue up 29% in fiscal 2021, which ended in September.\nMicron's mobile business unit grew 26% in fiscal 2021 and accounted for slightly more than a quarter of its total revenue. Management is anticipating another strong year of growth, as 5G phones contain significantly more memory capacity than 4G phones.\nMicron has supplied products for iPhones in the past, but a recent teardown of the iPhone 13 revealed that Apple chose to use chips from Micron competitors SK Hynix and Kioxia this time around. This isn't a problem for Micron, though, since the smartphone market is much bigger than Apple, with 5G smartphone sales expected to reach 500 million units this year.\nGiven the growth Micron is seeing across the data center, mobile, automotive, and industrial markets, the stock looks particularly attractive at a forward P/E of just 7.2. Throw in a small quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share (yielding about 0.15% at the current stock price), and investors are looking at one cheap stock to invest in the 5G growth cycle.\nZynga: A fast-growing mobile game producer\nIt's not just hardware suppliers that will benefit from 5G. People who play mobile games will see significant benefits, such as faster downloads, from the technology and Zynga is the company behind several popular mobile games, including FarmVille, Merge Magic!, Empires & Puzzles, and Words With Friends. The stock has delivered a return of 150% over the last five years, and the era of 5G could significantly boost player engagement and growth for this company.\nPlayers using 5G devices will be able to download games with large file sizes much faster while away from their home Wi-Fi network, which could increase player engagement. 5G speeds will also bring major benefits to online multiplayer games, such as Zynga's CSR Racing. Overall, games will look better and play faster.\nManagement estimates that investments in international growth, cross-platform play, launching hyper-casual games, and mobile advertising put the company's long-term addressable market at $240 billion. Zynga generated just $2.5 billion in revenue over the last four quarters, with second-quarter bookings up a robust 37% year over year.\nHowever, market participants are concerned about slowing growth in the near term, as Zynga numbers come up against high growth during the earlier days of the pandemic. As a result, the stock is down about 31% over the last few months. Given that mobile gaming is already the fastest-growing segment in the $175 billion video game industry, an investment in Zynga at the beginning of the 5G upgrade cycle could lead to stellar returns for investors over the next five years.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":428,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":865408493,"gmtCreate":1633008743857,"gmtModify":1633008744306,"author":{"id":"3575160629791342","authorId":"3575160629791342","name":"cphoebe","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a18a377d642ecf97986ffb08af0fd53e","crmLevel":4,"crmLevelSwitch":0},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hmm","listText":"Hmm","text":"Hmm","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/865408493","repostId":"2171587469","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":475,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":861613959,"gmtCreate":1632491310271,"gmtModify":1632717654496,"author":{"id":"3575160629791342","authorId":"3575160629791342","name":"cphoebe","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a18a377d642ecf97986ffb08af0fd53e","crmLevel":4,"crmLevelSwitch":0},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hi","listText":"Hi","text":"Hi","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":5,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/861613959","repostId":"1167249117","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":196,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":359172651,"gmtCreate":1616378014673,"gmtModify":1634526173658,"author":{"id":"3575160629791342","authorId":"3575160629791342","name":"cphoebe","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a18a377d642ecf97986ffb08af0fd53e","crmLevel":4,"crmLevelSwitch":0},"themes":[],"htmlText":"早","listText":"早","text":"早","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/359172651","repostId":"1165366722","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":282,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0}],"hots":[{"id":856882245,"gmtCreate":1635169049399,"gmtModify":1635169173101,"author":{"id":"3575160629791342","authorId":"3575160629791342","name":"cphoebe","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a18a377d642ecf97986ffb08af0fd53e","crmLevel":4,"crmLevelSwitch":0},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hello","listText":"Hello","text":"Hello","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":8,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/856882245","repostId":"1178676747","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1178676747","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1635168739,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1178676747?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-10-25 21:32","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Nasdaq rises ahead of a big week for tech earnings, Dow hovers near record high","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1178676747","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"Stocks edged up on Mondayas investors awaited a slew of earnings results from the Big Tech companies","content":"
Stocks edged up on Mondayas investors awaited a slew of earnings results from the Big Tech companies, as well as a myriad of other corporations across industries this week.
\n
The Dow opened higher, building on last week's gains after the 30-stock index set anall-time closing high on Friday. For the technology companies, these concerns will likely center on the impact of global chip shortages, as well as the impact of rising labor costs given their substantial workforces.\n\"We continue to strongly believe despite the lingering black cloud chip shortage that 3Q tech earnings will be standouts this week thus helping drive the sector higher into year-end as the Street continues to underestimate the fundamentals of this multi-trillion digital transformation playing out among consumer and enterprise tech names,\" Wedbush analyst Dan Ives wrote in a note on Sunday.\nStill, this week overall will be a busy one for earnings season, with a total of about 165 companies in the S&P 500 posting results, according to data from Deutsche Bank.\nAs of Friday, about 23% of S&P 500 companies had reported actual results for the third quarter, and of these, 84% topped Wall Street's expectations for earnings per share (EPS),according to data from FactSet. The estimated earnings growth rate for the S&P 500 was 32.7%, based on actual results and expectations for companies still yet to report as of last week. If maintained through the end of third-quarter earnings season, that would mark the third-highest earnings growth rate posted for the index since 2010.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":380,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":846938607,"gmtCreate":1636038688569,"gmtModify":1636038688954,"author":{"id":"3575160629791342","authorId":"3575160629791342","name":"cphoebe","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a18a377d642ecf97986ffb08af0fd53e","crmLevel":4,"crmLevelSwitch":0},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hello","listText":"Hello","text":"Hello","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":5,"commentSize":2,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/846938607","repostId":"1198103703","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1198103703","pubTimestamp":1636030937,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1198103703?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-11-04 21:02","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Tesla Stock: Trading Like a Meme, Heading for the Moon","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1198103703","media":"TheStreet","summary":"Now worth more than a trillion dollars, Tesla stock has been up 35% in less than two weeks. Casino contracts are highly prized. Processors don’t hand gamblers money they don’t have. When the gambler is out of money, they reject the transaction. Many casinos have special rules for gambler transactions aimed at keeping them, and the gamblers, out of trouble.
\n
This means the downside risk of PaySafe stock is limited. There remain potential suitors for the company. The most likely is Fidelity National, which has a market cap of nearly $75 billion. But if Foley sees a better bid, he will certainly take it.
\n
The debt means PaySafe’s enterprise value is fair, not low. He estimates it’s worth $8 billion, 25% more than it’s now trading for.\nHe called its latest quarterly results, released Aug. 16, excellent. They showed a net income of $6.6 million on revenue of $384 million, up 12.6% from a year earlier.\nThe Bottom Line\nSomeone is going to buy this company.\nProcessors are looking for growth and innovation. They’re all focused on Square(NASDAQ:SQ), which has only grown more popular as it has gone into various banking and investment niches.\nGambling doesn’t scare the payments industry. Casino contracts are highly prized. Processors don’t hand gamblers money they don’t have. When the gambler is out of money, they reject the transaction. Many casinos have special rules for gambler transactions aimed at keeping them, and the gamblers, out of trouble.\nThis means the downside risk of PaySafe stock is limited. There remain potential suitors for the company. The most likely is Fidelity National, which has a market cap of nearly $75 billion. But if Foley sees a better bid, he will certainly take it.\nThe debt means PaySafe’s enterprise value is fair, not low. But you can buy it here.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":196,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":824679884,"gmtCreate":1634311007894,"gmtModify":1634311010898,"author":{"id":"3575160629791342","authorId":"3575160629791342","name":"cphoebe","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a18a377d642ecf97986ffb08af0fd53e","crmLevel":4,"crmLevelSwitch":0},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hmm","listText":"Hmm","text":"Hmm","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":6,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/824679884","repostId":"2175117376","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2175117376","pubTimestamp":1634303296,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/2175117376?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-10-15 21:08","market":"us","language":"en","title":"3 5G Stocks to Buy in October","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2175117376","media":"Motley Fool","summary":"From memory chips to mobile gaming, these three companies will benefit from growing demand for all things 5G.","content":"
The era of 5G is here, and there are several ways to invest behind the improvements that faster download speeds will bring smartphone users.
\n
Here's why I believe Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), Micron Technology (NASDAQ:MU), and Zynga (NASDAQ:ZNGA) are no-brainer buys right now.
\n
\n
Apple: The top brand benefiting from 5G upgrades
\n
Apple is probably the safest stock to invest in 5G that still offers decent return potential.
Zynga generated just $2.5 billion in revenue over the last four quarters, with second-quarter bookings up a robust 37% year over year.
\n
However, market participants are concerned about slowing growth in the near term, as Zynga numbers come up against high growth during the earlier days of the pandemic. As a result, the stock is down about 31% over the last few months. Given that mobile gaming is already the fastest-growing segment in the $175 billion video game industry, an investment in Zynga at the beginning of the 5G upgrade cycle could lead to stellar returns for investors over the next five years.
","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
3 5G Stocks to Buy in October
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n3 5G Stocks to Buy in October\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-10-15 21:08 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
The era of 5G is here, and there are several ways to invest behind the improvements that faster download speeds will bring smartphone users.\nHere's why I believe Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), Micron Technology...
\n\nWeb Link\n\n
\n\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"MU":"美光科技","ZNGA":"Zynga","AAPL":"苹果"},"source_url":"https://www.fool.com/investing/2021/10/15/3-5g-stocks-to-buy-in-october/","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"2175117376","content_text":"The era of 5G is here, and there are several ways to invest behind the improvements that faster download speeds will bring smartphone users.\nHere's why I believe Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), Micron Technology (NASDAQ:MU), and Zynga (NASDAQ:ZNGA) are no-brainer buys right now.\nImage source: Getty Images.\nApple: The top brand benefiting from 5G upgrades\nApple is probably the safest stock to invest in 5G that still offers decent return potential. Meanwhile, 2021 has been all about realizing the power of retail investors.
\n
Over the past two months, retail investors on Reddit's WallStreetBets chatroom have banded together to fight back against institutional investors and hedge funds. These predominantly younger investors have done this buy purchasing stock and out-of-the-money call options on companies with high levels of short interest. The goal of these retail investors has been to create ashort squeeze, which sends short-sellers scurrying for the exit as targeted stocks shoot \"to the moon,\" as the Reddit crowd would say.
\n
You're asking for trouble if you buy these Reddit stocks
\n
Among the dozens of stocks the Reddit crowd has fancied, there's little question that video game and accessories retailerGameStop(NYSE:GME)and Canadian licensed cannabis producerSundial Growers(NASDAQ:SNDL)are two of the most-followed and owned. GameStop was the most short-sold stock in late January, relative to its float, while Sundial Growers is both a penny stock and heavily short-sold, which acts as twice the lure for young investors.
\n
The problem is that neither company is particularly appealing from an investment perspective -- and that's putting things nicely.
\n
Take GameStop, which managed to more than quadruple its e-commerce sales during the 2020 holiday season, but still sawtotal sales shrink by 3%. GameStop's only solution to it tardiness in focusing on digital gaming is to continue closing down its physical stores. By closing stores, the hope is that GameStop can lower its expenses enough to back its way into the profit column.
\n
As for Sundial, its biggest flaw is the more than $600 million in cash it raised. Despite cleaning up its balance sheet, the companyissued approximately 1.15 billion sharesin a matter of five months. That's some of the worst dilution I've ever witnessed in more than 20 years of following the market. To boot, Sundial is nowhere near profitability at a time when most marijuana stocks are preparing to turn the corner to recurring green.
\n
Forget Sundial and GameStop: These companies will triple your money
\n
Instead of getting pulled into these Reddit traps, my suggestion would be to forget all about GameStop and Sundial Growers and buy the following threegrowth stocksif you're really interested in tripling your money.
\n
Okta
\n
Cybersecurity should be one of the most surefire growth industries of the decade. We were already seeing businesses shift online and into the cloud well before the pandemic struck. The coronavirus simply provided that kick in the behind needed to accelerate this transformation. As businesses move more of their proprietary information into the cloud, the onus of protecting this data should increasingly fall on third-party providers likeOkta(NASDAQ:OKTA).
\n
Okta's specialty is in providing identity authentication. The company utilizes a suite ofcloud-native solutionsthat rely on artificial intelligence to protect clients' data. In other words, Okta's solutions are growing smarter all the time at identifying and responding to potential threats. And since the platform isn't designed as a one-size-fits-all, Okta is able to offer new solutions to its customers as they scale. This ability to upsell its clients to new product is what's going to make Okta a cybersecurity juggernaut.
\n
Also of interest is Okta's recent announcement that it would beacquiring chief rival Auth0for $6.5 billion in an all-stock deal. Even though Auth0 will retain its independence as a brand, it'll be operating under Okta umbrella. Auth0 should be particularly helpful in expanding Okta's reach beyond the borders of the U.S. and into Europe. This acquisition should further ignite the company's red-hot growth prospects.
\n
Northern Star Acquisition
\n
Most people probably aren't familiar with the nameNorthern Star Acquisition(NYSE:STIC). That's because it's a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), and those seem to be a dime a dozen lately. However, Northern Star has announced its merger partner -- dog-focused product and service company BarkBox -- and is expected to close on the deal during the second quarter.
\n
How impressive is BarkBox? The company, which delivers toys and a host of other themed products on a monthly basis, ended the fiscal third quarter withapproximately 1.1 million subscribers. That's up from the 663,000 subscribers it ended with in fiscal 2020. It's also worth pointing out that the product retention rate is close to 95%, which is the highest it's been since the company's inception.
\n
As with most subscription-based models, BarkBox is looking at a juicy gross margin of right around 60%, and it's on track to more than double its revenue by 2023 to north of $700 million. Considering that we haven't seen a decline in year-over-year U.S. pet expenditures in at least a quarter of a century, it's a solid bet that BarkBox'score service and new products(BarkBox Eats, Bark Home, and Bark Bright) will drive Northern Star Acquisition (soon to be BarkBox) a lot higher.
\n
Jushi Holdings
\n
I don't fault retail investors for being interested inmarijuana stocks. Cannabis should be one of the fastest-growing industries this decade. But there's no question that U.S. pot stocks are where the real money is to be made. If investors want a growth stock that'll triple their money,Jushi Holdings(OTC:JUSHF)is the name to buy.
\n
Jushi has taken an aggressive -- yet incredibly safe -- path to growth. The company'score focus is on three states: Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Virginia. The former two limit the number of retail licenses that they'll issue, while Virginia assigns dispensary licenses based on jurisdiction. The point being that somewhere in the neighborhood of 80% (or more) of Jushi's sales in 2021 will be derived from markets where it'll face minimal or nonexistent competition. By targeting limited license states, Jushi is ensuring that its brand has the best possible chance of being successfully built from the ground up.
\n
Jushi has also shown a willingness to make acquisitions to expand its footprint. Just since the year began, the company acquired an operating dispensary and license holder in California, and became a 100% equity owner of Pennsylvania dispensary permittee Agape Total Health Care. Jushi is flush with cash and has received roughly $45 million in capital from its management team and insiders since inception. Meanwhile, 2021 has been all about realizing the power of retail investors.\nOver the past two months, retail investors on Reddit's WallStreetBets chatroom have banded together to fight back against institutional investors and hedge funds. These predominantly younger investors have done this buy purchasing stock and out-of-the-money call options on companies with high levels of short interest. The goal of these retail investors has been to create ashort squeeze, which sends short-sellers scurrying for the exit as targeted stocks shoot \"to the moon,\" as the Reddit crowd would say.\nYou're asking for trouble if you buy these Reddit stocks\nAmong the dozens of stocks the Reddit crowd has fancied, there's little question that video game and accessories retailerGameStop(NYSE:GME)and Canadian licensed cannabis producerSundial Growers(NASDAQ:SNDL)are two of the most-followed and owned. GameStop was the most short-sold stock in late January, relative to its float, while Sundial Growers is both a penny stock and heavily short-sold, which acts as twice the lure for young investors.\nThe problem is that neither company is particularly appealing from an investment perspective -- and that's putting things nicely.\nTake GameStop, which managed to more than quadruple its e-commerce sales during the 2020 holiday season, but still sawtotal sales shrink by 3%. GameStop's only solution to it tardiness in focusing on digital gaming is to continue closing down its physical stores. By closing stores, the hope is that GameStop can lower its expenses enough to back its way into the profit column.\nAs for Sundial, its biggest flaw is the more than $600 million in cash it raised. Despite cleaning up its balance sheet, the companyissued approximately 1.15 billion sharesin a matter of five months. That's some of the worst dilution I've ever witnessed in more than 20 years of following the market. To boot, Sundial is nowhere near profitability at a time when most marijuana stocks are preparing to turn the corner to recurring green.\nForget Sundial and GameStop: These companies will triple your money\nInstead of getting pulled into these Reddit traps, my suggestion would be to forget all about GameStop and Sundial Growers and buy the following threegrowth stocksif you're really interested in tripling your money.\nOkta\nCybersecurity should be one of the most surefire growth industries of the decade. We were already seeing businesses shift online and into the cloud well before the pandemic struck. The coronavirus simply provided that kick in the behind needed to accelerate this transformation. As businesses move more of their proprietary information into the cloud, the onus of protecting this data should increasingly fall on third-party providers likeOkta(NASDAQ:OKTA).\nOkta's specialty is in providing identity authentication. This ability to upsell its clients to new product is what's going to make Okta a cybersecurity juggernaut.\nAlso of interest is Okta's recent announcement that it would beacquiring chief rival Auth0for $6.5 billion in an all-stock deal. Even though Auth0 will retain its independence as a brand, it'll be operating under Okta umbrella. Auth0 should be particularly helpful in expanding Okta's reach beyond the borders of the U.S. and into Europe. This acquisition should further ignite the company's red-hot growth prospects.\nNorthern Star Acquisition\nMost people probably aren't familiar with the nameNorthern Star Acquisition(NYSE:STIC). That's because it's a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), and those seem to be a dime a dozen lately. However, Northern Star has announced its merger partner -- dog-focused product and service company BarkBox -- and is expected to close on the deal during the second quarter.\nHow impressive is BarkBox? The company, which delivers toys and a host of other themed products on a monthly basis, ended the fiscal third quarter withapproximately 1.1 million subscribers. That's up from the 663,000 subscribers it ended with in fiscal 2020. It's also worth pointing out that the product retention rate is close to 95%, which is the highest it's been since the company's inception.\nAs with most subscription-based models, BarkBox is looking at a juicy gross margin of right around 60%, and it's on track to more than double its revenue by 2023 to north of $700 million.
