Operating in the most lucrative market in the world, the U.S., multistate operator (MSO)Cresco Labs(OTC:CRLBF)has the potential to make investors rich.\nAs with most MSOs, Cresco's success will depend somewhat on its retail presence. The company entered the year with only 20 open dispensaries, but has been leaning on acquisitions to expand.
