20 万以内的 model 3 ,结果降价还没等来,你成本就又要减一半了,一半乘一半,就只有四分之一了?但车价还是 25 万起。</p><p><img src=\"https://x0.ifengimg.com/res/2024/4007D8F14DA3D75873C8A1F7E7AC11BFF2E0A38F_size29_w483_h483.jpg\"/></p><p>其实这里说的生产成本是指组装成本。这部分成本,这才占整车的 10% 不到。</p><p>一体式压铸也好, unbox 也好,对价格的影响几乎就是毛毛雨,顶多差个几千块钱。占 50% 左右的电池成本还坚挺着呢, 20 万以内的 model 3 就还是别想了。</p><p>但老马还是懂大伙儿的心思,想要 20 万以内的特斯拉是吧?那就用 unbox 工艺再生产一款 2.5 万美元( 18 万左右 )的船新版本,直接在今年底或者明年初排产。</p><p>脖子哥掐指一算,这不就是之前老早说的 model Q 嘛,你倒是拿货来卖啊?</p><p><img 的技术真的是实打实的把百年的流水线给革新了。比起降价,这个似乎更值得关注。。。</p><p>以前传统的汽车组装工艺包含四个模块,<strong>冲压、焊接、涂装、总装。</strong></p><p>首先,冲压是对铁皮或者铝合金进行冲压成型,做成各种钣金件;而焊接是在底盘的基础上,把这些钣金件拼成白车身;然后,再把白车身整个拿去做涂装,包括电泳、喷漆等;最后总装再把中控、座椅、天窗、轮毂等各个零部件装到白车身上,这样一辆车就算基本完成了。</p><p><img src=\"https://x0.ifengimg.com/res/2024/A841FDEC35E616C9B04E52EDC24DFDBC7A0723D1_size1168_w640_h314.gif\"/></p><p><strong>打个比方,就像是包饺子,先把面皮擀好,再往里边加馅。</strong>这个面皮就是白车身,其他都需要在白车身的基础上才能进行。</p><p><strong>而 unbox 则是大家各取一点面团自己揉,你加这个馅,我加这个馅,每个人做一部分,各包各的,最终合起来一拼,完工!</strong></p><p>啊?有谁家是这么包的?这不是更复杂了吗?</p><p><strong>确实更复杂了,但效率也更高了。</strong></p><p><img 能做到一步成型,这些重复、多余的步骤也给干掉了,这样效率必定就更高。</p><p><img src=\"https://x0.ifengimg.com/res/2024/D2B5E461118DE1BA54C738713EF3CBDAFCA29E67_size557_w640_h340.gif\"/></p><p>所以,自福特以来的传统汽车生产方式,就这么被特斯拉颠覆了?</p><p>其实要我说,颠覆是不至于的。<strong>技术没有绝对的好坏,只有合适与不合适。</strong></p><p>就像之前的<strong>一体式压铸工艺</strong>,虽然能降低单车生产成本,使整车更轻量化,但这项技术不仅成本高、难度大,而且维修费用甚至保险费用都因此变贵了( 据说有人维修花了 20 万 )。</p><p><strong>所以这个 unbox 也存在弊端。</strong></p><p>首先,它最大的问题就是<strong>最后的组装工艺</strong>,在传统组装方案里,因为你已经有了饺子皮,所以再往里面填料就容易很多,但现在,你是大伙儿各包各的,怎么确保各个部分都能天衣无缝地拼成饺子?</p><p><img 工艺的话,就必须生产两种版本的前脸,管理的难度也就更高。</p><p><img 方案是先喷漆后拼接,如果还是按照之前的焊接方式,那我的原厂原漆可能就这么被破坏了,这下。。。不就成事故车了吗?以后再卖的话,二手贩子还怎么看?</p><p>更别说在喷完漆以后,车身都会经过防腐保护处理,<strong>这时候焊接,防腐层就容易受到破坏,</strong>以后这些连接处,或者火花溅到的地方,就可能嘎嘎生锈。</p><p>所以,特斯拉虽然没公布采用什么组装方式,但大概率是螺栓或者其他啥的进行固定。这就需要对全车的布局重新进行优化,它的车身强度,肯定会受到大伙儿质疑吧。</p><p><img ,空间都浪费在白车身的运输上了,而选择并行处理,那每个部件只要有一个生产场地就行,最后组装也不用太多的空间。</p><p>但你把流水线拆开改成模块化生产,在人工和机械上到底能降多少成本,仍然是个未知数。</p><p><img ( 拆箱 ),不知道大伙儿听说了没有。说是用了这种技术以后,生产成本可以降低一半,而且所需的厂房空间也只需要过去的 40% ,光是新工厂喷漆车间就能便宜 50% 。换个说法就是,特斯拉可能又要降价了?诶?我怎么有种似曾相识的即视感。。。当初一体式压铸不是也说成本能降一半,我到现在还盼着 20 万以内的 model 3 ,结果降价还没等来,你成本就又要减一半了,一半乘一半,就只有四分之一了?但车价还是 25 万起。其实这里说的生产成本是指组装成本。这部分成本,这才占整车的 10% 不到。一体式压铸也好, unbox 也好,对价格的影响几乎就是毛毛雨,顶多差个几千块钱。占 50% 左右的电池成本还坚挺着呢, 20 万以内的 model 3 就还是别想了。但老马还是懂大伙儿的心思,想要 20 万以内的特斯拉是吧?那就用 unbox 工艺再生产一款 2.5 万美元( 18 万左右 )的船新版本,直接在今年底或者明年初排产。脖子哥掐指一算,这不就是之前老早说的 model Q 嘛,你倒是拿货来卖啊?不过话说回来,虽然成本没有在明面上体现出来。但这个 unbox 的技术真的是实打实的把百年的流水线给革新了。比起降价,这个似乎更值得关注。。。以前传统的汽车组装工艺包含四个模块,冲压、焊接、涂装、总装。首先,冲压是对铁皮或者铝合金进行冲压成型,做成各种钣金件;而焊接是在底盘的基础上,把这些钣金件拼成白车身;然后,再把白车身整个拿去做涂装,包括电泳、喷漆等;最后总装再把中控、座椅、天窗、轮毂等各个零部件装到白车身上,这样一辆车就算基本完成了。打个比方,就像是包饺子,先把面皮擀好,再往里边加馅。这个面皮就是白车身,其他都需要在白车身的基础上才能进行。而 unbox 则是大家各取一点面团自己揉,你加这个馅,我加这个馅,每个人做一部分,各包各的,最终合起来一拼,完工!啊?有谁家是这么包的?这不是更复杂了吗?确实更复杂了,但效率也更高了。比如,过去白车身在涂装完之后,还需要先拆除车门和后盖,在最后总装的时候再装回来,而 unbox 能做到一步成型,这些重复、多余的步骤也给干掉了,这样效率必定就更高。所以,自福特以来的传统汽车生产方式,就这么被特斯拉颠覆了?其实要我说,颠覆是不至于的。技术没有绝对的好坏,只有合适与不合适。就像之前的一体式压铸工艺,虽然能降低单车生产成本,使整车更轻量化,但这项技术不仅成本高、难度大,而且维修费用甚至保险费用都因此变贵了( 据说有人维修花了 20 万 )。所以这个 unbox 也存在弊端。首先,它最大的问题就是最后的组装工艺,在传统组装方案里,因为你已经有了饺子皮,所以再往里面填料就容易很多,但现在,你是大伙儿各包各的,怎么确保各个部分都能天衣无缝地拼成饺子?比如就拿配置和选装来说,低配 model Y 是没有前雾灯的,在过去,这就是一个装不装前雾灯的问题,但如果采用 unbox 工艺的话,就必须生产两种版本的前脸,管理的难度也就更高。而且,如果精度不足的话,最后装完嘎嘎漏风,也不是完全不可能。。。这下空气动力学套件,就和座舱直接联通了嚯。再一个,在组装工艺上 unbox 方案是先喷漆后拼接,如果还是按照之前的焊接方式,那我的原厂原漆可能就这么被破坏了,这下。。。不就成事故车了吗?以后再卖的话,二手贩子还怎么看?更别说在喷完漆以后,车身都会经过防腐保护处理,这时候焊接,防腐层就容易受到破坏,以后这些连接处,或者火花溅到的地方,就可能嘎嘎生锈。所以,特斯拉虽然没公布采用什么组装方式,但大概率是螺栓或者其他啥的进行固定。这就需要对全车的布局重新进行优化,它的车身强度,肯定会受到大伙儿质疑吧。而至于节省成本这一块,目前来看主要省的就是一个厂房和空间,单车的生产成本还真不好说。。。原来的流水线确实是 “ 流觞曲水 ” ,空间都浪费在白车身的运输上了,而选择并行处理,那每个部件只要有一个生产场地就行,最后组装也不用太多的空间。但你把流水线拆开改成模块化生产,在人工和机械上到底能降多少成本,仍然是个未知数。总之就是,吃力不一定讨好。那特斯拉为啥还要干这事儿呢?有人猜测,是因为股价下跌,实在没活儿了,特斯拉强行也得整一个,给股东们涨涨信心。也有人说,是因为德国工厂受到当地环保人士抵制,导致没法开工,特斯拉必须要在原来的厂房压缩生产空间。em.... 咱也说不好为什么。但你要说 unbox 这项技术,其实它已经在造船业广泛应用了,并不是一个无中生有,没有保障的东西,拿其他行业的技术用到汽车行业,也算是特斯拉的老传统。总之,无论这项技术最终在汽车行业落地的结果如何, unbox 仍然是特斯拉的一次非常大胆的尝试和突破。毕竟现在的特斯拉,已经好久没有给咱们带来新的惊喜了。在国产车企新能源造车技术日益精进的背景下,电车市场越来越卷,电车成本和价格都越做越低。通过铝合金车身、电池车身一体化、纯视觉智驾、中央集中式电子电气架构、一体式压铸等不停降本的特斯拉,最起码在中国市场里,依旧不算特有性价比的那个。正因如此,特斯拉需要一个能颠覆产业的全新技术,这就是 unbox
