DLs’ Investee C Capital Completes Major Australia Investment

DL Holdings Group Limited announced that C Capital, a subsidiary of its investee company YOUNGTIMER (SIX: YTME), has recently completed its largest single investment transaction to date, successfully acquiring a strategic landholding of approximately 507 hectares in Beveridge, Victoria, Australia.

The site is located within Victoria’s planned Northern Freight Precinct, a key logistics and infrastructure corridor connected to the Inland Rail project, and is expected to generate an estimated end value of approximately AUD 4.5 billion across logistics, industrial and data centre assets. C Capital has also appointed Lendlease Group as Master Development Partner, adopting a model that combines global capital with local development and execution expertise to advance rezoning and infrastructure enablement and unlock long-term asset value.
