Will didi be a smooth ride?

With the opening price of 16.65, and a weak closing on the first day. I believe there will be subsequent rallies for few days. The upcoming resistance will be at 16.8-16.9 which will determine whether today will be a good day ahead.

Many people asked what is a good entry for didi? Is the valuation really too high as what some people say?

Here is some of the due dilligence made:

Didi is one of the largest and popular in China. It is not just a normal car sharing app. True that car sharing app relies heavily on funding, but didi is looking forward to autonomous driving. This will be one of the biggest factor of investing in didi. It will require alot more funds to be invested to ensure that autonomous driving is safe.

Secondly, it will be added into Rusell3000 index on the 8 july. It is one of the innovation growth index. We should be seeing some rally towards the inclusion.

Big companies like Apple , Tencent , Alibaba are also part of this investment.

IPOs are very hard to be short, so lets all buy it and hold it out.💎💎💎
