Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based international subsea and offshore drilling services company. The Company and its subsidiaries provide a range of services to the offshore oil and gas industries. Its scope of services comprises sub-sea engineering and inspection by divers and remotely operated vehicle (ROV) systems, ownership and operations of a fleet of offshore service vessels and decommissioning service. Its Subsea Division is represented by its subsidiaries, Mermaid Subsea Services (Thailand) and Mermaid Subsea Services (International) Ltd. Both subsea units are integrated and operates under the same brand Mermaid Subsea Services. The Company provides a range of subsea engineering services, including subsea installation engineering, offshore decommissioning, inspection, repair and maintenance, construction and installation support, commissioning, cable and pipe laying projects. The subsea fleet consists of 7 subsea support vessels and 15 ROV systems.
