It’s a wrap!
As one of the few Singapore-centric REITs, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase our two hotels Hilton Singapore Orchard (HSO), Crowne Plaza Changi Airport (CPCA), as well as Mandarin Gallery to more than 22 remisiers and 60 retail investors as part of the “REITs on the Move” sessions initiated by Securities Investors Association (Singapore), REITAS (REIT Association of Singapore) and SGX Group this year.
Investor sentiment towards the hospitality sector has been cautious this year, but the onsite visits provided retail investors with first-hand insights into the strength and strategic positioning of our hospitality assets.

Hilton Singapore Orchard sits at the heart of Orchard Road and attracts a steady mix of business, leisure and medical travellers. Crowne Plaza Changi Airport is the only branded hotel directly connected to Terminal 3, giving it a unique advantage, especially during flight delays, and ensuring sustained high occupancy.

At Hilton Singapore Orchard, the team leverages Hilton’s global Honors programme and expansive distribution network to target higher-yield segments.
At CPCA, we showcased the hotel’s diverse room categories, including runway-view rooms, pool-access rooms, and aviation-themed family suites created in collaboration with Kiztopia, all of which support stronger room yield and broaden demand appeal.
Looking ahead, Singapore’s tourism outlook remains positive, supported by major events such as the Singapore Airshow and new attractions including Disney Adventure Cruise. These developments will continue to position Singapore as a leading global destination for leisure, business and MICE travel.
