justify;\">灵活弹性是很多人选择做骑手的原因，不少骑手习惯在农忙时返乡，或平日错峰闲时跑单。</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">试点方案<strong>尊重骑手对灵活弹性跑单的需求</strong>。比如，一名外地骑手希望有较长时间返乡，那么他只需在半年内有3个月符合要求，在参保缴费后即可获得补贴。骑手可根据自身需要安排工作节奏。</p><p><strong>覆盖面广</strong></p><p><strong>无跑单类型限制，向所有骑手开放</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">试点方案面向所有类型骑手开放，不设置任何门槛，不因骑手的熟练度、工作年限而有所区别。</p><p style=\"text-align:
