Why you should buy:

1. Consistent dividend payout since 2015 (1.06-3.19%)

2. Positive earnings for the past 5 years

2a. Steadily increasing income for the past 5 years (highest in 2021)

3. Strong financials (total assets 2.7 times total liabilities)

3b. Debt ratio 35.38% (healthy, well below 50%

4. Current Assets > 1.5x current liabilities (good)

5. PE 11.55, PB 1.68

6. Specialized in uPVC piping systems (pipes & fittings) and electrical conduits - residential homes, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, hotels, schools, malls, etc.

Through its subsidiaries, it also researches, designs, develops and manufactures medical devices (Future!)

Personally I’ve bought quite a bit of this stock. Aside from the minimal dividends, there’s a good chance that the price will rise further. Otherwise, I’m more than happy to hold stocks of a good, profitable and growing company.
