Fortune’s 2021 most admired companies in the world

The list of the most admired companies in the world was released recently by Fortune.

To qualify for this list, a poll was conducted involving some 3,700 corporate executives, directors, and analysts. It’s Apple’s 15th straight year in the No. 1 spot, a fitting coronation for the world’s most valuable company.

The top 3 retained their positions: ‌$Apple(AAPL)$‌, ‌$Amazon.com(AMZN)$‌& ‌$Microsoft(MSFT)$‌as per last year. As we can see, we see strong representationfrom the mega cap tech. As per screenshot (below), we have included the top 22 of the list which also showed their previous year ranking. ‌$Netflix(NFLX)$‌saw good improvement of their ranking from #16 to #9.

To make the list, the corporate executives, directors, and analysts were asked to select 10 companies they admired the most. Anyone could vote for any company in any industry. Hopefully, this can help us narrow down some companies which we can consider for our investment portfolios for 2022. Let us not forget to conduct our due diligence and research before investing.
