1: There is no S-4 filed (This means that there is not a solid merger plan!) this is a big deal

2: There is not Beta app yet again this is a big deal

3: There is very little information on the business plan available to you and I another big deal

I think it is crazy to think this stock will skyrocket until at lease one or two of these things actually happen.

We are down 80% most people are in the red. There is still huge risk in this investment. That being said there is huge potential upside. It could go either way.
