市场第一反应往往盯着“利润降了”,但如果把利润表拆开看,更值得关注的是“钱去哪了”以及“收入结构发生了什么反转”。具体来看,本季度交易服务收入达563亿元、同比大增20%,占总营收比重抬升至约53%,首次实质性超过在线营销服务收入。 在财报电话会上,拼多多董事长、联席CEO陈磊明确点出利润下滑主因是平台为帮助商家抵御外部风险推出的“千亿扶持”惠商新战略。“该计划的目的是加大对广大中小商家的帮扶、补贴力度,帮助平台商家稳定销量,进一步降低经营成本,从而更好地应对当下环境变化的相关风险,为平台商家争取更多的时间和空间。” 这不是一句空喊的口号,而是真金白银的投入。2025年12月在股东会上宣布的“三年再造拼多多”战略,在一季度迎来首个完整落地季度。新拼姆专项公司在上海正式成立,首期150亿元现金已到账,未来三年计划投入超1000亿元。 不难看出,拼多多正在把平台重心从“规模增长”挪向“价值深耕”,用短期利润弹性换长期确定性。 “2026多多好特产”全链深耕 财报显示,拼多多一季度营业成本为432亿元,同比增长9%,其中相当一部分投向了农业供应链的基础设施建设。平台正将资源全面注入种植培育、冷链物流、精深加工等产业链上下游,推动农产区从“有销路”向“有价值”跃迁。 如果说过去拼多多在农业领域的投入更多是集中于“产销对接”,帮助农产品解决“卖难”问题等横向扩张,那么今年一季度的动作则显示出清晰的纵深升级。 今年3月中旬正式启动的“2026多多好特产”专项行动,是这一升级的核心载体。与去年侧重扶持商品和商家不同,今年计划直接深入产区源头,系统性地参与农产品供应链的提质增效。首批项目已在南宁沃柑、海南凤梨、铜仁抹茶、宁夏枸杞、连云港水产、岳阳酱板鸭等特色农产区落地,几乎覆盖了生鲜果蔬、粮油调味、休闲食品等全品类赛道。 以海南凤梨为例。过去,当地果农长期面临“靠天吃饭”的困境,凤梨集中上市期价格波动剧烈,滞销时有发生。拼多多团队介入后,通过消费端数据反哺,指导种植端根据市场需求分批次错峰上市,同时整合平台冷链物流资源,帮助凤梨在保鲜期内快速触达全国消费者。 这种从“种什么卖什么”到“市场要什么种什么”的转变,让农业生产从不确定性中找到了确定性的锚点。 冷链物流是这套体系的关键基础设施。农产品的非标属性和易损耗特性,曾是最难啃的骨头。一季度,拼多多在多个产区的冷链建设进一步提速,通过共享仓储、共同配送等模式降低物流成本,让过去“运不出、运不起”的山区好货得以触达更大市场。 与此同时,“送货进村”的推进也在激活乡村经济的另一面。在河南部分县城,拼多多通过建设县级中转仓、村级代收点等末端寄递网络,截至3月份,“送货进村”在当地县城覆盖的行政村已超过七成。这意味着,不仅农产品能更顺畅地“走出来”,消费品也能更便捷地“走进去”。中转仓和代收点的运营,本身也为当地创造了分拣、配送等工作岗位,为县域经济注入了新的活力。 这些看似分散的动作,正在拼凑出一幅完整的农业现代化图景:从源头育种的科技赋能,到种植端的数据指导,再到冷链物流的基建支撑,直至精深加工的附加值提升。拼多多在做的是把农业从“靠天吃饭”的传统产业,改造为有标准、有品牌、有确定性的现代产业。 “新质供给”赋能产业带 同样的改变也发生在制造业领域,拼多多一季度的关键词是“深耕”。 新一轮的“新质供给”专项行动持续向实向深推进,先后走进漳州零食、郑州护肤、义乌首饰、青岛珐琅、中山照明、天津巧克力等产业带。与以往简单撮合交易不同,这一阶段的赋能已深入到生产方式和产品逻辑的改造。 中山照明产业带是一个典型缩影。这里曾聚集了大量被称为“螺丝刀工厂”的作坊式灯饰企业,一把螺丝刀就能组装产品,同质化严重,利润比纸还薄。 拼多多团队深入调研后发现,工厂并非没有制造能力,而是离市场太远,既不懂线上消费者的审美偏好,也没有产品创新的方向感。 “新质供给”的解决方案是:平台将消费端对智能家居、氛围照明、极简设计等趋势的数据洞察反哺给工厂,联合开发更符合线上审美和功能需求的产品,同时通过C2M(用户直连制造)模式压缩中间环节。 一些工厂的产品矩阵从“大而全”转向了“少而精”,生产方式也从批量化转向基于用户需求的定制化。单品利润的提升带来了连锁反应——有工厂开始将收益投入到智能化设备升级中,逐步从“螺丝刀工厂”进化为具备自主研发能力的现代企业。 这背后是“千亿扶持”计划的逻辑延续。拼多多并不满足于做流量的“收费站”,而是选择将资源下沉到产业一线,帮助工厂完成从代工到品牌的转型。正如官方表述的从‘卖得多’到‘卖得好’的蜕变。 这一官方表述背后,是实实在在的附加值提升:代工模式下,工厂只能拿到生产成本的一小部分;品牌化之后,工厂有机会分享设计、营销、渠道等全链条的利润。 “电商西进”则为这些产业带打开了新的增量空间。一款大型吸顶灯从中山运往甘肃,原来的运费高达四五十元。在平台兜底二次物流中转费用后,运费已降至十元左右。运费门槛的打掉,直接带动了西部市场的爆发,许多商家在西部地区的订单量呈现年均30%以上的高速增长。中国广袤的下沉市场,正在成为产业带品牌化的新战场。 如果说“千亿扶持”是对存量供应链的改造升级,那么“新拼姆”就是对增量价值的战略布局。2025年12月股东会上“三年再造拼多多”的宣言,在一季度有了实质性的落地动作。 今年一季度,新拼姆专项公司在上海正式成立,首期150亿元现金已到账,未来三年计划投入超1000亿元。财报显示,拼多多一季度经营活动产生的现金流净额为350亿元,充裕的资金储备为新拼姆的持续投入提供了坚实基础。拼多多对供应链品牌化的投入,从“表态”正式进入了“执行”阶段。 新拼姆的核心模式,是深入产业一线,系统性地整合“拼多多+Temu”的双重供应链资源,联合全球知名IP进行深度共创,孵化面向不同市场、不同品类的自营品牌。这不是简单的“贴牌”,而是从选品、设计、生产到营销的全链路品牌孵化。 这种模式有其独特的优势。传统代工厂离终端用户很远,对市场反应迟钝,也很难建立起品牌认知。而新拼姆以平台身份直接参与品牌建设,可以利用自身的数据洞察和渠道能力,帮助工厂跳过漫长且昂贵的品牌积累期,直接进入品牌化运营阶段。对工厂而言,这意味着在保持制造优势的同时,有机会掌握从产品定义到终端定价的完整价值链。 一季度,拼多多跨境电商业务在全球各市场保持稳健增长。根据第三方机构We Are Social发布的数据(2025年12月至2026年2月),Temu已成为全球访问量第二高的电商网站,仅次于亚马逊,月访问量高达13.4亿次,独立访客达3.66亿。这为自营品牌的全球化成长提供了广阔的市场空间。 与国内市场相比,全球电商的品牌化发展整体仍处于起步阶段。不同国家和地区的用户,对特定品类的品牌需求远未被有效满足。无论是东南亚的母婴产品、中东的时尚配饰,还是拉美的消费电子,都存在着巨大的品牌空白。新拼姆的全球IP矩阵瞄准了这一空窗,试图让中国供应链以品牌化姿态进入,而非继续以代工身份隐匿于全球贸易的背面。 市场永远急。但农业要等一季庄稼成熟,产业带要等一条生产线跑顺,品牌要等一代消费者的心智沉淀。拼多多在一季度选择把利润“退一步”,把千亿级的真金白银撒向产地、撒向车间、撒向村口的代收点和工厂的吸顶灯上。 这些行为在财务报表上叫“费用”,在产业意义上叫把根扎深,让平台的利润表,真正写在中国农业和中国制造的供应链大地上。
