We eat well during to wish for a good year ahead. During this period, my favorite dish with family and friends when we have gatherings is always the raw vegetables. I am happy even with just a dish of salad. Raw vegetables in Chinese words is “生菜”. It means ever-green which means health, and 生财 which means prosperity.
