Markets are at all time high and is it a good time to buy? 

US election is just around the corner. It can be quite volatile leading up to the elections as uncertainty discourages investors from taking positions. 

My take? Stay long without adding new positions and buy on dip these two weeks. There may be wild swings during the week of elections but hang tight in this roller coaster ride. Once all clear, market will start to realise the potential it has.
