$Discovery(DISCK)$ deal still being unclear, I guess that's why price didn't hit the roof

AT&T price isn't any higher than discovery but they will gain 70% of the new entity. Doesn't make much sense, discovery if they sign a proper deal in Korea, we should see more interest, korea drama a much tapped market, a sub drama helps to entice viewers in this covid environment, their previous partnership with AJCTB DIDN'T go through exactly well
