补充资料：Upon completion of the acquisition as set out in the circular of the listed corporation dated August 24, 2026, the shareholding interest of T.C.L. Industries Holdings (H.K.) Limited in the listed corporation was diluted to 47.68%, while TCL NXTHome Global Limited was allotted 110,446,666 consideration shares (3.83%). Our aggregate interest in the listed corporation, through T.C.L. Industries Holdings (H.K.) Limited and TCL NXTHome Global Limited, amounted to approximately 51.51%.
