PTC Q2 Swings to Profit, Revenue Rises; Ups Guidance

PTC Therapeutics (PTCT) reported a Q2 net income late Thursday of $0.92 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.83 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.24.

Total revenue for the quarter ended June 30 rose to $360.5 million from $178.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $298.6 million.

For 2026, the company now expects total revenue of $1.18 billion to $1.28 billion, up from its prior guidance of $1.08 billion to $1.18 billion. Analysts expect $1.18 billion.

Shares were up over 2% in after-hours activity.
