BUZZ-China's Xpeng set for best day in over 2 weeks as capacity plan cheers

** Shares of Chinese EV maker Xpeng Inc rise as much as 10.2% to HK$156.80, the biggest daily percentage gain since Aug. 2, on course to snap four straight sessions of fall

** Guangdong-based Xpeng says it will expand its factory in Zhaoqing city to have an annual manufacturing capacity of 200,000 vehicles a year

** Rival Li Auto's Hong Kong shares surge 5.9%, Geely Automobile climbs 1.4%, and BYD Co Ltd increases 1.1%

** The Hong Kong Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index edges up 0.1%, while Hang Seng Tech Index slips 0.1%

** The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index climbs 0.9% and the benchmark index gains 0.4%
