June 21 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1345 GMT on Monday:
** SoftBank Group Corp said South Korea's Hyundai Motor Group had completed the acquisition of robotics firm Boston Dynamics from the Japanese conglomerate.
** Malaysian telecoms firm Axiata Group Bhd and Norway's Telenor ASA sealed an agreement to merge their mobile operations in Malaysia in a $15 billion deal, forming a new market leader in the competitive Southeast Asian nation.
** Shares in Morrisons surged as much as 33% on Monday on hopes that U.S. private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice might raise its proposed offer for the British supermarket group or flush out interest from other suitors.
** CNH Industrial has agreed a deal to buy Raven Industries to strengthen its position in the agricultural equipment business as the Italian-American vehicle maker prepares to spin off its truck, bus and engine operations.
** China-based jobs portal 51job Inc said it reached an agreement to be taken private by a consortium of Chinese investors in a deal that values the company at about $5.7 billion.
** Irish ingredients giant Kerry said it will buy preservatives maker Niacet Corp for 853 million euros ($1.01 billion), investing the proceeds of the sale of its consumer foods operations in its core business.
** Debt-laden property developer China Evergrande Group
will sell over half of its stake in smaller peer Calxon , giving up its control of the company, according to a filing by Calxon.
** Australia's Boral Ltd said it would sell its North American building products business to a unit of NYSE-listed Westlake Chemical Corp for $2.15 billion, throwing a spanner in the works of a takeover bid by Seven Group
.
** Billionaire investor William Ackman's Pershing Square Tontine Holdings signed a deal to buy 10% of Universal Music Group, Taylor Swift's label, for about $4 billion, the companies said.
** New Zealand's Mercury NZ Ltd said it would buy electricity generator Trustpower Ltd's gas, telecommunications and retail electricity supply business for NZ$441 million ($305.8 million).
** Tinexta and Intesa Sanpaolo said they had entered a partnership to supply non-financial products to medium-sized Italian companies, sending shares in the Italian technology and IT operator to a new record-high.
