Electra宣布首席财务官职务交接计划

多伦多，2026年2月4日——Electra Battery Materials Corporation（纳斯达克：ELBM；TSXV：ELBM）今日宣布，首席财务官Marty Rendall已向公司提出辞呈，计划于二月底离职，前往一家规模更大的机构担任高管职务。Rendall先生将在二月期间继续留任，以确保职务的平稳过渡。

公司已正式启动新任首席财务官的遴选程序，并宣布由2023年至2024年末曾担任Electra首席财务官的David Allen自2026年2月28日起出任临时首席财务官。
